CVS

Yesterday I went to Walgreens in Manchester for a vaccine, and the service was terrible. Well, mostly just rude. Came to this CVS today and even staff with whom I did not interact wished me a good day with a smile. A much nicer place to shop and get vaccinated.

By far the best service I have ever experienced at a cvs, the cashier Erin was amazing, took time out of her day to come assist me, I'm completely blind in one eye and going blind in the other, so I very much appreciate the help. 100% would recommend to others from now on

While finding a cold sore treatment wasn't easy, they had it and there were options. Product remains a bit pricey but that's the case for almost all places where it's sold.

It's a typical CVS they have a decent locations since you can make a right out of here and get on the highway.

Good service, sound advice

I went in to see if my doctor had sent my prescription in. It was not ready, which I understood. I asked how long it could take and got no definitive answer, which is also semi understandable. My issue here is that the man behind the counter (Bo?) lacked empathy, failed to offer a solution, and just walked away before I could ask anything else. I had to go ask another teller at the drop-off counter (who was much kinder) and she set me up with a text notification. Big thank you to her! If it weren't for her and one other woman I would have probably become more escalated. This is Bedford. Residents from here expect a level of customer service regardless of how the day is going for an employee. Your employees are a representation of the company and its brand. The man working today did not represent himself or the company well. Also, the women's bathroom here is deplorable.

Staff gave wrong information to:me about my Rx.

Calling about an urgent prescription refill (since they didn't notify me it was ready), waited to get past the automated service to talk to a person, only to get through to a person and they hung up on me without saying a word. Nice. Not like my life depends on this medication or whatever.

Staffs are so rude and ineffective, we all know it’s busy in work, everybody does. But it is not an excuse to talk to patients/customers in that bad manner.

Made an order on a Monday..
Got a text on friday sayingthey had it back in stock..free shipping.
Nope..no free shipping and it's the following Sunday...
Still haven't shipped..
Oh..called them...they said both prescriptions shipped.
No record online..
I'll never deal with cvs agai!!
