My experience at this location has always been stellar. Staff has always been helpful and gone the extra mile to overcome whatever technology obstacles are presented at the time of service. Excellent, excellent.

Jenna P at the Bedford store was so fantastic. She was super patient and very knowledgeable. She was able to connect me to the right person on the phone that could reconnect my phone and resolve my issue. I would highly recommend her and this store!

Jon was superb! He is super knowledgeable and his customer service skills, patience and perseverance were second to none. He handled 5 new phones for us. And service transfers. One of my son’s was a particular challenge because it was broken and he forgot his passwords. Jon went above and beyond!

Great customer service. The folks working at the store worked very hard to accommodate those waiting for service. They were timely in helping me/others with their phone issues/requests.

Dave was amazing he was very knowledgeable about all the products. We left the store very happy with new phones and ⌚ watches. Will definitely come back to this store to see Dave if we need anything.

Om the last section it wasn't working but I usually only buy a phone case but this time I bought a case, a protector, 2 chargers and a charging coord. Oh and phone cleaner

Great customer service- fast service- great knowledge- great download speed to acquire new update on new phone before you leave the store.

Dave is very thorough, explains what is needed, how to solve the problem, answers all questions and makes sure you get all credits and accessories needed. Very polite and knowledgeable.
