John Mann's Guitar Vault

I own the PRS Core upgrade bridge for my S2 model PRS and I just received the same bridge for my Fender strat. These bridges are amazing, super high quality, easy peasy installation, easy to understand instructions and videos online. Most of all they feel and sound amazing, increased sustain and amazing tuning stability, what more can u ask for?

I purchased a set of replacement tuners for a guitar from JMGV. I got them at a good discount and I received them less than 48 hours after ordering them. Upon looking at the included paperwork I was surprised to learn that they would purchase the old set from me as well, making it an even better deal. Based on this experience I will certainly go back to them for other items as needed. I highly recommend John Mann’s Guitar Vault.

I just wanted to say that those locking tuners are perfect! I brought the SE home and tuned it with my tuner and then played it for 45 minutes with absolutely no changes to the tuning! Absolutely perfect! I love how it looks too! Would send a picture but not sure how to attach it!

For someone who loves PRS guitars, John Mann's Guitar Vault is heaven! I found the guitar of my dreams here. I was looking at some semi/hollow bodies, 24 .08 & 24 customs, but John let me know he had just gotten in two Special Semi-Hollow Limited Edition' that week. That happened to be the exact guitar I was looking for, and wasn't able to find another one in New England. John was nice enough to stay open a bit late on a Friday and let me try any guitar I wanted until I decided that the Special Semi-Hollow was exactly what I wanted. I'm lucky I found this place and no regrets with my purchase or experience there-- John knows his guitars! I'll certainly be back for my next guitar purchase and if you're in the area (or even if you're not) this place is worth a visit!

I just wanted to say that today was the first time I have come to your store and was amazed at the quality of service Andy gave me today. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I walked out today with a beautiful Se Mcarty 594 and a few accessories. It was well worth the hour and a half drive. I look forward to coming back again!

UPDATE 10/16/2022: I had an incredible experience this weekend with my friends at The Vault. Truly a wonderful guitar buying experience! Great people and great service! Amazing hidden gem. The guitars on display here are gorgeous! After spending 2 hours talking and listening to great stories from the owner and staff I ended up buying a beautiful PRS guitar. You will not be disappointed in the quality of the people and the guitars here!

I have nothing bad to say about this guy! Only good things. John is probably the most down to earth businessman I've ever come across. I brought my guitar in for some work and he was very straightforward with me. He didn't try up selling anything or push additional items on me (although he should have, because I was in need of restringing a couple of my instruments, and who doesn't need additional picks when you've got a puppy running around). This guy is very passionate about what he does and I look forward to seeing him again and talking music and gear. Forget online stores and give him a visit. It was a 1.5 hour drive from me (3 hours round trip) and I'm glad I paid him a visit. He will help you find or build your dream guitar and the experience will be a story in itself.

I recently acquired a MannMade USA "PRS/MANN" Vibrato Bridge in Nickel for my 2023 PRS CE 24, and I must say that the results have been truly remarkable. While there may be ongoing discussions regarding tonal preferences, it's worth noting that tonal perception can be highly subjective. However, when it comes to quality, there is a clear and objective standard, and the components crafted by MannMade consistently meet the highest standards of quality, resembling works of art in some respects.

The installation process was surprisingly straightforward; instructional videos proved to be a valuable resource. In fact, the entire installation took a mere 20 minutes. The most time-consuming part of the endeavor was then devoted to the meticulous setup, where I painstakingly fine-tuned the action and intonation to match my personal preferences.

The end result has been exceptional, with improvements in intonation, sustain, and the overall tuning stability of my PRS CE 24 – precisely what I had hoped to achieve. I wholeheartedly commend the dedicated team at MannMade for their exceptional work.

Really an amazing place to deal with. Spent over 90 minutes trying out various guitars and working through decision paralysis about buying the one in the shop or taking look at one coming any day. Andy and John were a wealth of knowledge and patience and in the end, just put the one in store on layaway for me so I could compare to the other one when it came in. After sleeping on it, just decided to pull the trigger on the one in the store and they swapped out the strings for a different set at my request and had it all set up to go when I came to pick it up. Couldn't ask for a nicer or more professional bunch of people to do business with.

I've been building, upgrading, and modding guitars for a while. Callaham products were my usual choice for Strats, but I decided to try MannMade USA vibrato bridge, and boy was blown away by its quality and incredible sustain! I think it is the most expensive bridge out there, but it is worth every penny! I now want to build guitars just to have another reason to use John Mann's incredible products! Very happy.

I received my new PRS SE Custom 24-08 last night. I am thrilled with the guitar! This was my first dealings with John's and it was entirely over the phone. John, Roxanne and Michael patiently treated me like a long time valued customer! The guitar was delivered sooner than expected and in PERFECT condition! Great setup, great service!

Bought a replacement bridge for my PRS SE Custom 22 from John. Spoke with Roxanne on the phone to get the right size and specs. They were extremely helpful finding me the right parts and John walked me through the install, which was easy. The bridge absolutely transformed my guitar. The brass block makes notes clear and articulate. Best of all, my tuning issues disappeared instantly. Barley had to adjust the saddles to intonate it. If you have an SE guitar, get one these tremolo bridges, it is a VERY worthwhile upgrade. Thanks John!

It's really hard to believe what a fantastic experience I had purchasing my guitar from John! He was there every step of the way before, during, and after the sale. He was available to answer all my questions. To me that's quite impressive especially after the sale.......

On top of that, I purchased a vintage Gibson guitar from him for a price that was lower than anyone on Reverb.

I will definitely do business with him again and I highly recommend for others to do the same!

I have been buying guitars and equipment for 46 years, but I had never bought a guitar that I have not played before. My choice was a standard PRS but with a couple upgrades. Whoever did the work and setup must have been reading my mind. It is perfect and plays great. Most shops tell you they will set up a guitar, but these guys did the job perfectly. When I decide on my next guitar it will come from John Manns guitars. I have bought guitars for 3-4 times what I paid for this PRS. I would choose the PRS over those any day! Andy was my sales rep. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions

Had a great buying experience (PRS SE Standard) working with John and Michael. John's knowledge, explaining the differences in the PRS line, was very impressive. When the guitar arrived it needed some adjustments and being in Florida sending it back wasn't what I wanted to do. So Michael setup a Zoom call and helped me adjust the guitar. It was a fantastic experience. Highly recommend these guys.

I have a PRS CE 24 which I absolutely love how it plays but I’ve always had an issue with it’s hi end bite, I upgraded the pick ups and still the problem persist. Until I recently installed a John man’s tremolo bridge on it. I can’t say enough about the built quality Tuning stability and the sonic difference it has made on my guitar. Excellent product, I am one happy customer.
