Johnathan is a lifelong friend who I adore, he is a fantastic jeweler and an honest person, unlike Mark Robbins who has been known to switch precious stones and also has replaced expensive high carat gold with gold filled, Jonathan is the most honest person whom I trust completely with my heirlooms! I absolutely love the work that this places does. I have worked with them for the past couple of years to get my engagement ring and my wedding band. They custom made the two rings, and they are exactly what I wanted. They are very accommodating and respond very quickly. I also wanted to get my ring welded together and they did an amazing job. I am going to recommend them to family and friends when they are looking for get custom jewelry from.

Really great customer service! I brought a watch in to be repaired not too long ago as the face of it was cracked. As it was attempting to be repaired, I received several updates from Jonathan's Jewelers on my watch. Communication was outstanding! Although the correct crystal could be found for my watch/too expensive to fix, Jonathan's found me a new watch similar to my broken one, of same brand! They even adjusted the size of the watch for me on the spot. The customer service was beyond outstanding, and I will 100% be back for any jewelry needs.

I can't say enough good things about this place. They custom built my wife's wedding ring to perfectly (and I do mean PERFECTLY) fit with her odd shaped engagement ring. Also, when they made the mold they made some adjustments on her engagement ring (not from there,) free of charge. They did such a good job, such an affordable price, that we also got my band there. It turns out ( for whatever reason,) we ordered my band a size too small. They sized it correctly and I was out of there within 15 minutes.

Jonathan and his team are awesome. We purchased our wedding bands, I resized my engagement ring and had an antique ring restored. The turnaround time was very quick and everyone was always kind, helpful and grateful to do business with us. We couldn't be happier with the service, fair prices and the items we purchased.

Words do not describe how great this place is, the entire team is warm and friendly. Tom is the absolute best. He custom designed the ring I proposed with and was helpful, knowledgeable and patient at each step of the way. My fiancé and I could not wait to go back and have Tom design our wedding bands. 5 stars is not enough!

Purchased a Cartier watch for my wife. And needed work on clasp. I reached out too other jewelers who just seemed uninterested in helping me get it fixed. When I called Jonathan Jewelers he actually answered and was willing to help. I went there expecting to be charged a good amount . When he was done. I asked how much and he says 5.00. This is when I knew he was honest , trustworthy and fair. I couldn’t leave just paying 5.00. So I bought a nice pure silver antique pendant for 100.00. Thank you for excellent service.....

I love, love, love my engagement ring from here. It is amazing! Both of my sister in laws rings are also from here. They are also just as beautiful! This is the only place we will shop for jewelry. The staff is always helpful and friendly and the jewelry can't be beat!

I was blown away with how quickly and well they customized my engagement ring! Not only was the staff very friendly, they understood what my vision was and helped me through the entire process - they showed me diamond options for different price points, and were able to install the new/larger diamond using only the existing head/metal!

I'm going to be honest, my other half had a chain necklace that was a gift from there son, the chain was very tangled but it was important to get in untangled.

You guys where fantastic and untangled it and I never felt judged for having a fairly inexpensive chain untangled.
