Dylan is the man. Always personable, always knowledgeable, this SW location was my go-to when I was selling paint. In a different market now and had a complicated idea that Dylan was able to provide a quick solution and answer to and even remembered me after not seeing him for a year.. I don’t know the difference between satin and semi-gloss. I was met by Dylan at the door who quickly and personally helped me with my project. He was knowledgeable and put me and my needs as his priority. I’d pay more for that customer experience any day.

Dylan was awesome! Only person I was able to find in town that could match a 20 year old custom color code.

Brittany was very helpful & personable. She led my husband & I to all of the right products we were looking for and was so patient in answering all of our many questions. She even helped us bring everything out to our car! 5 stars- for Brittany!

Excellent customer service if you talk to management. Ordered paint, of which they could not make. Ordered a Graco Paint Sprayer, of which they did not have. But was told would be there following day. A male took this order. We found equipment for 1/2 the price at a commercial store. Talk to the females! They know their stuff!!

I work for a contractor man they are top of the line people super easy to work with always get the perfect match no hassle whatsoever best prices too. Done waste your time getting paints at Lowes or Home Depot Sherwin is superior in all aspects. The paint doesnt even stink like every other brand

Great product & service! I love that the paint I buy is saved on my profile! I do not have to save paint lids or chips. Plus it is great quality & great coverage, especially for dark pigments!

I live closer to the store on alta mere but due to covid they were closing early due to lack of staffing. Went to location off camp Bowie not only were they open but there was only 1 person working and she was fabulous. Helped me and 3 others with a smile. I think they need to train those boys at the other store.

Sherwin Williams is managed and staffed by knowledgeable people...not your Home Depot Lowes paint department. Huge difference in service, know how and advice!
