Big O Tires

Jason and Teri run a very professional, personable, and top shelf team. They aim to please, communicate clearly, do a very thorough inspection of the vehicle that is over and above tires and alignment (which they handle very well). Any recommended repairs are explained in detail with no pressure. I have had both my AWD cars serviced there in the last 2 months and will be a lifer. It's difficult to find honest individuals who care about quality work as well as relationships. 5 stars across the board.

I've lived in Parker for 30 years. After discovering this place I don't take any of my cars anywhere else. They should rebrand to just "Big O" as they do so much more than tires. Service Managers are extremely knowledgeable and friendly and they have in my opinion the best group of mechanics in Colorado hands down. Example: I took my Ford Edge to 3 mechanics (including the dealer) and none of them could figure out the noise emanating from my front suspension. Buddy of mine told me to go to Big O so I did and they pinpointed the problem and fixed it. No more noise and now I have a very tight suspension with no issues or loose play. They're fast too - my cars/trucks are never there for more than 1 or 2 days, even when parts need to get shipped. Love this place. The Gem of Parker!

Shawn Lyons provides some of the best customer service I have ever received. He’s very knowledgeable and honest. The techs alway do an excellent job and I know I can always rely on their expertise and to return my vehicle in a safe and timely manner. I appreciate the all the hard work you all do! Thanks!

Nothing but amazing! This shop is filled with helpful and professional mechanics. I got a slash in my tire and when I called James gave so many tire options. On top of that, he was helping me figure out how to get my vehicle to his shop. Very knowledgeable and straight forward about everything. Thank you all James! Danny! Sean! Colton! Made an appointment late the night before to get a nail pulled out of my tire. I got a nice email confirmation first thing in the morning. I showed up on time and had a completely smooth process. Danny Smith had a bay open and ready for my appointment, he couldn’t have been more friendly and professional. In and out in 30 minutes.

This shop is my go to for service and tires.

I have been getting my tires at Big O for the past 5-10 years. I can always count on Jason and his team to provide excellent advice, be competitive with any other shop around and get the work done right and on time. As a locally owned franchise they take pride in their work and stand behind it.

Amazing customer service! So grateful, I felt like everything was explained well and I felt welcomed into the store. Great experience & no surprise charging. Also a one stop place that I know will take care of all of my car's needs.

I came in with a massive nail in my brand new tires. Mail was super close to the sidewall and it was looking like it wouldn’t be fixable but Danny Smith said they would try anyways. They were able to fix the tire without having to buy a new one. Danny went above and beyond when others would have simply just told me I had to buy a new tire. I’ll be coming back here from now on for my tire needs.

It was so easy to schedule an appointment to get my tire looked at. The guys were super friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. They repaired the tire and did not try to upsell me the new set of tires or anything like that. I am super impressed. Thank you!

Big-O-Tires in Paker, CO has been so accommodating! I called for an appointment for a tire rotation and Jason said he could see me in 15 minutes! The work was perfect! Also, the tires I bought from Big-O 2 years ago have been exceptional in our CO snow! Everyone was professional and I would definitely recommend this store.

Stopped in last week to have a tire checked for low pressure. I did not have an appointment and they took care of me right away. They found a nail in my tire and got it fixed. To my surprise and pleasure, they did not charge me for the repair! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Big.O as the place to go for all your tire needs.

Brakes were making noises so I made an appointment online and was able to get in the next day at the time I wanted. Rear brakes needed work as well as flushing the coolant. They had the job finished in less than three hours. Jason is a great contact person and seems to genuinely care about cars and his customers. I’ve been taking my car here for years and will continue indefinitely.

The crew here is awesome! My tire was loosing air slowly. Decided to stop by just to get air in my tire. Julio noticed a bolt in my tire and asked if I wanted it fixed. I was back on the road in 15 minutes. Big shout out to Julio and the entire team for taking care of me! Best customer service I've received in a while!

We were very pleased with the high standard of service, which was both efficient and professional. And we were pleasantly surprised by the bill for removing a screw from our tire, no charge! I feel obligated to return when we need anything else tire related for our company vehicles.

This place is amazing!!! I’ve been to a couple Big O locations in the area and this one is by far the BEST! When I came in for my appointment, they were all extremely helpful and kind. They told me all of the pricing up front for the things being done, which I NEVER experience at auto shops. I didn’t even have to ask, they just told me right away! Very up front with their financing options as well. They did a thorough inspection of the car and gave me a detailed quote for the next job I need done. On top of it all, my mom dropped me off at my appointment and needed some air in her tires. They did it right then and there, free of charge and so quick! They were so helpful and didn’t make me feel stupid for not knowing too much about cars, like I’ve experienced with a lot auto shops. HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone!!!

Went in for an oil change and general inspection and they had multiple other recommendations. The employee was honest about what was essential for safety reasons and what was not and only performed maintenance I approved. A new serpentine belt and new rear brakes weren’t cheap but I can tell how much better my car stops and I feel good about the investment in my safety.

I’d like to say thank you to Jason Bessant and Danny Smith for the fantastic service they provided. After scheduling an online appointment I was quickly called and informed that they were full for the day and quickly moved my appointment to the following day. Upon arriving for the appointment, I was greeted and informed that the appointment should not take more than 45 minutes and I would out the door in less than 30 minutes. Great service by everyone one involved. I would recommend this location of Big O Tires to all friends and family. Thanks Guys! Great job!

I meant to leave this review last week but it slipped past me.
I went in to have my tire patched. While sitting there I got the opportunity to listen to the guy at the front desk (Jason I believe) speak with some other customers in person and over the phone.

I've worked at a number of call centers for big brand companies including Best Buy, Family Mobile, Verizon, Microsoft, and the federal government as a representative and/or a trainer.

I've won numerous awards in competition with about 1000 agents at a time.

This guy would beat me out of those awards every day of the week and twice on Sunday.

Now my tire hasn't blown or leaked within the last week which is all I can accurately day about the product at this point.

But I can say with complete certainty, the customer service you receive when you visit this particular Big O location on a person to person level is on a world class level.

This man deserves every raise he can possibly get to keep him in this position and likely any other raises or opportunities you could give him to train other locations.

Good work deserves good pay and outstanding work deserves outstanding opportunities every day.

Whenever I’ve been in a pinch, Big O has been there for me. I just had an end of the day flat tire and big O fit me in and got it fixed fast. I’ll definitely be buying my next set of tires from these guys.
