El Pinito Family Restaurant

Came here for lunch and was not disappointed. I would recommend coming here as the quality of food was good and the portion size is good too. Th service was average but very friendly and helpful. I ordered a few different items to see how everything was and i was very pleased. Let me tell you when you order a cup size of green chili its actually the size of a bowl. The bowl size is actually a very large bowl. I got the menudo, green chili, cheese enchiladas, and did fundido as an appetizer. The wife has the pozole and the meat was very tender. I also heard they have great breakfast but did not try it. I will for sure come back with the family again another time. I really want to try more of their items. I did only give four star for the atmosphere because the inside is outdated.

This place is consistently delicious every time we’ve come here! The enchiladas deluxe are very filling and tasty. The sopapillas and fried ice cream is great too! Plus the staff is wonderful and always very FAST. Jovani is our favorite waiter!

Update: try the Chicken Tortilla Soup - SO GOOD!!! Amazing as usual. I had the queso and chips with salsa and a huge burrito with shredded beef. Everything was so fresh and prepared perfectly. A new family favorite!!

Decent food prices are going up but good food

The salsa is too watered down. It's like trying to put soup on a tortilla chip. The other sauce is more like spaghetti tomato sauce. Some weird pizza sauce or something not even close to salsa. We tell everyone not to eat it because it is so bad. The street tacos, especially the chicken, are terrible. Because that's all you get is the tortilla and a bunch of shredded meat. Terrible terrible terrible I would not recommend them. Any other restaurant when you order street tacos at least gives you lettuce tomato to put on It as well.

1st time there, stopped by on a whim coming home from a 11 hour drive and the wife found this little gem on Google. Very welcoming staff, nice cozy ambience and the food tasted great! Everything we ordered was flavorful and delicious including the marks! They did not have home made tortillas, but said it was due to the current staff shortage.

First time visit. Had a shredded beef chimichanga for lunch.
Very good. Very large menu to choose from. Lunch menu reasonable. Tea and soda prices are high, but that seems to be everywhere.

Atmosphere, service, and environment was exceptional. The Carne asasa was great and so were the margs! Will certainly be back.

This is a local gem that we are luck to have! Food and staff are equally fantastic! We recently served a nacho bar to 70 people and everyone raved about how good it was.

Food was delicious big enough access to anyone wanting to come bathrooms are clean and didn't smell and that's amazing the only thing I would say their chairs need to be fixed because they are really loose and they seem like sitting in them some people can fall like they would fall apart but other than that I would say go there

The food is great, very satisfying and at a reasonable price. Nice quiet place with good service.

Absolutely enormous portions of tasty food. We ordered a side of guacamole and Mexican pizza with chorizo for the table and I tried the enchiladas sunrise (with two fried eggs). Not used to having enchiladas with green chili as opposed to red chili but it was very yummy! A little more expensive than your usual place but considering the quantity, worth the cost! Definitely had to take half of it home but leftovers are a good thing, especially when it's so tasty.

The food is great, pozole, tacos, chicken mole, soups, fajitas and I could go on. Great margaritas! The service is wonderful. They make you feel like family. I highly recommend it.

This place is super solid food and service wise. We stop in here fairly commonly and have never had a bad experience. Also, a hidden surprise is their Diablo wings - they’re spicy and delicious!

Me and my wife eat here multiple times a week! They have the best Asada tacos!

If you live in elizabeth Colorado you would know food options come down to a slim. When me and my family first went here we were impressed. It’s a Mexican food joint with cultural accuracy and the food was to DIE FORRRR!!! I usually don’t finish my food but I scarfed it down! And the portions were pretty large! It’s delicious and deserves positive ratings

First restaurant I've came to since I moved out here and I love it. I've been 4 times now. Every time I get greeted with a smile from the very welcoming staff. Will always come back!!
