This is my closest location. They always have what I need. The staff are great, working with what they have and being in all places when needed.

Yes, sometimes the lines are long but they help you with coupons and always seem interested in your project. Be kind, retail is not for the faint of heart.

The fabric lady was super great (SO wish I would have paid attention and got her name)!!! The selection was really good and the sales were a fantastic bonus!

So many choices! Oh my goodness.. maybe too many choices of fabric.. not sure that's a bad thing.. just not a quick stop for me for sure! I really like all the different types and styles of fabric and the people working there definitely know there stuff and are truly helpful.

Great selection of crafting material, for me especially cross-stitch floss! The staff was very friendly and helpful bin finding exactly what I was looking for. They also had some really fun fabrics that caught my eye!

I love their selection of yarn. They have inexpensive and higher end yarns as well as soft velvet yarn.

The store was pretty empty, only a few customers & sparse workers. The cashiers were friendly & courteous. The shelves were neat & clean. I would shop there again.

I had a good experience in Joann today! They need more cashiers to help at the front so the lines don't get so busy, but with the pandemic going on, I understand why they have less staff available currently.

The great thing about this place. I'm a guy who knows nothing about about fabric hobbies and such but I need to build sound boards for my wife's piano room. The people here helped every way possible. Thanks JOANN

My favorite store around. Employees are always friendly, even if they don't always know all the answers, they're always willing to try and help. Some employees also keep you laughing even if there are long lines.

They've got a wide variety of all you can think of for sewing, crafting etc.

Great place, first time visited the store. One thing is that online shopping had no option for free shipping. Prices for black Friday was much better then michaels!
