The Home Depot

Did an online purchase of a monstrosity of a rolling tool chest. Did a store pick-up because I have a truck, so why not (I'm compensating). Get to the Saddle Rock HD and it seems the whole HD store was invested in this masterpiece. Harry (Garden Sup/Manager) was all over it. After rolling this gem through the store to the Pro Exit, we came to realize that none of us ate our Wheaties. There was no way that box was getting up on the back of my truck. So, Harry went above and beyond and got me a low trailer. So with the help of him and 3/4 of the HD store we got her loaded up! Now it needs to warm up so I can get it loaded. Again, I want to thank Harry and the HD crew for helping me out...

Really impressed with the customer service at this store. We had a curbside pickup that was large and decided it was better to have it shipped. Cary and Kristin were amazing at making sure our complicated order made it the day we needed it. Not only did I have two follow up calls the day I changed our order but also a follow up to make sure everything was delivered ok. For being such a large chain, I never expected so much follow up and personalized service! Really impressed! With so much customer service going out the window, I truly appreciate how this team went above and beyond!!

This person deserves a prize !!!! I went into the store at 7:00 pm. The only one I found was the employee in the photo. There were two young employees sitting next to me who showed no interest in my question. The employee I contacted was polite and helped with the choice. I think it 's a great job !!! And not just young people who sit in the workplace and flirt with each other.

Great place with everything you would need to fix up your home. Extremely friendly and helpful staff that walks you to isles to help get parts for you. Went in for an air filter for the house and water filter for the fridge. Friendly man named Roger helped us find the right parts. Store was very clean as well. Also great prices on things, when you do it yourself it greatly reduces costs because you are doing the labor yourself.

Clean facility. Friendly staff. Paint department Adviana went above and beyond to help me with paint. Did trials to show the true colors. Very patience and friendly. Very polite and Knowledgable. Definitely be back just because of her. Thank you for your time!

Great place to get what you need for most home projects. The store has plenty of people who can help you figure out what you need for a project or point you in the right direction if you know what you are doing.

Lately I've been very impressed with this home depot. Had to changed my initially review to what is it now. Everyone seems to be very helpful especially at the Customer Service Desk. Very happy with the store managers, the people working at the customer service desk , and self checkout kiosk.

Had an issue with a tool I bought and had to returned it. They didn't carried it anymore and was only able to purchase it online. However the price increased. Store manager told me that I'm able to call up home depot ( corp #) and explained the situation and they will honored the price that it was bought for. It was fairly straight forward. The call to home depot was easy and quick.

Tapcon if you need to install a screw in concrete, do not buy a Tapcon Drill bit, it died on the first hole. I bought Milwaukee drill bit best option

Last year I could not find what I needed to blow out my sprinkler system. This year started off the same at another store...but when I got to Home Depot they were ready. They even had a table setup with everything I needed to get the job done..

Always have what I need. Service team there to help. It's Home Depot.

Wow what a great positive difference from Lowes...bought a GE refrigerator with the help of a great customer service rep Joe Chase. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable and made sure we received the best price. If you need a new appliance, be sure you ask for Joe at the Saddlerock location on Gun Club Rd

Wanted to give kudos to Don Matthews in your the garden area. Don helped me select a new battery powered lawnmower and weed trimmer. He was knowledgeable and thorough in his assistance. Don is a reminder of what excellent customer service looks like.

I typically don’t write reviews, i felt obligated after my experience here.
I was in the cabinet isle and was greeted by an employee named Jon. He went above and beyond to help me and then some. He was able to answer all my questions with ease. This guy seriously deserves a promotion.
Also we had Joshua from appliances help us track down an appliance that I had found online.
