King Kullen

For some reason the Entemann’s Rich Frosted junior chocolate donuts always taste the best and freshest from the St. James King Kullen. Those donuts are fantastic. Wow. I won’t buy anywhere else but there.

I usually find what I need in King Kullen. Seems a bit more like a local market then a retail store. My expectation & the name made me think it would be more of a retail store but I wasn't disappointed with the store's staff, atmosphere, & products!

Always a good experience with friendly staff and well maintained store. Their fresh food in the back has always been delicious and reasonably priced. Look for specials here and there for best deals.

Nice neighborhood store.
Prices are fair. What you’ll find more expensive here you’ll find cheaper elsewhere and visa versa. Prices are the same all across the board basically. You just have to be mindful of what you buy that’s all.
With that being said, store is clean. Staff is friendly, for the most part, I’ve come across a couple rude cashiers and one rude meat person.
This store, out of the entire chain of King Kullen supermarkets has the friendliest staff.
The one by me closed and they were not nice at all.
The floral department is always beautiful.
The produce department is always kept. But you do have to buy in season fruits!! As with any supermarket.
The bakery department always has the best cakes.
The deli department is amazing.
I do think they could get rid of the lobster tank and expand the seafood department. The tank is very old.
Overall, the store can be modernized a little bit. But for what it is, there’s no complaints.

It's King Kullen. What, or who, is a Kullen? Idk, but the people are helpful and the store is clean so it's a win.

The small higher price you pay on some items are offset by the sales they offer. Workers have and are always great, helpful and consistent. The few places you can count on your cold cuts being cut correctly (Soppressata and the out skin removed without being asked). Lucky to have them in town

Commack King Kullen NOT St. James. Commack store does not exist anymore So Where is George??? .. not there anymore. Still looking for the old butcher there Named George .. Great job .. If anyone knows where George is please contact me :)

I work for instacart more often than I used to, and found myself without service inside the store, except for optimum wifi outside. This made shopping difficult especially when it came time to purchase the order. Well, an employee I believe his name was Liam, went above and beyond to help me when I needed it most. He turned on the Hotspot on his personal phone to assist me with my purchase! If that's not employee of the month material idk what is... this employee deserves a bonus/promotion or some kind of kick back.. this employee was a big help to me

I absolutely cannot rave enough about their Lactaid 100% lactose free milk. It’s really fresh!

Nice neighborhood store. Good quality foods and selection but unfortunately they are the priciest of the chain supermarkets

I want it on record that Matthew Rizzuto is my hero. I was at your store just the other day and he helped me find everything I needed. I walked around in circles needing the entenmanns donuts for my son, he gets very abusive and angry when he doesn’t get his donuts, thankfully Matthew Rizzuto helped me find them and saved my life from my ego maniac son.

Hey, I dont live in the area, I never been to the St. James King Kullen before, so I can't speak with a wide personal experience, and the item I went there for, they didn't have. But I purchased some dynamite packaged prepared baked clams from the frozen section of the seafood department, which were very appetizing and tasty. And the store appeared in good order and the shelves were full, and the store is located in a picturesque nook of a community, so it was a different experience. Yes, I would go back again.

The boneless pork roast and London broil were excellently priced. Customer service also excellent.

Gotta love America’s first Supermarket.

The prices can be a bit high, but when they have a great sale then it really saves you money. It's in a very convenient location and provides a good shopping experience. Staff is friendly.

The staff here is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They care about your shopping experience and it shows. The employees go above and beyond here to make your shopping easy and convienient. Their customer service is excellent.

I love this king kullen! It’s my absolute favorite place to shop and they especially have amazing customer service.

this king kullen is great. It has a small organic and natural wild by nature section but not too bad. They also have a coinstar machine and their bottle machines have coin dispensers on them.
