This place is a great place to shop. They have good deals on so much stuff! I was able to get a lot of Christmas shopping done here.

This store in Davenport is organized great customer service and you get a coupon for 20% off on any of the purchases that you do great store come and visit.

Love big lots. Not to much on shelves like our store in Alpena MI. We shop big lots!

I'm only leaving a 5 star review because of the customer service that your employee Brianna showed me. Otherwise I would've left a one star review. You have a patio set display for sale for the last 3 weeks and have not been able to get it ordered, helped with or anything. RON originally helped us but didn't help us. . He only said.. call back in a few days...etc. but Brianna?
She went above and beyond. I can see her managing that store or getting a higher position real quick. Thanks girl ;)

With the coupons they send out you can't beat the deals. Love that they also give 10% off to veterans.

This store had anything and everything you wanted and the customer service representative I'm pretty sure her name was Sue either Sam or Sue was extremely helpful very customer oriented just all around A great experience

Huge store, very clean. Signs in aisles were mostly accurate. Would shop again.

Store well stocked. Employees are friendly and helpful. They give a military discount (which I think all stores should do).

I always like shopping at Big Lots. Big Lots to me are one of those stores where it's the last place I shop if others store don't sell what it I am looking for. Plus they sells food items that other stores no longer sell or been put of stock for a while.
