Best Auto Parts in all of my life and I am a retired. I went to other place near my home to check my battery that was out of power and they check it and their results came out that can't be charge and that I need a new one.
I get out and went to O'Reilly Auto Parts 700 E Hinson Ave, Haines City, FL 33844 where I get the best in my whole life. First they received me in an excellent way and immediately they check my battery the results were awesome because contrary to the other place they found that the battery could be charge and in an hour I get my batterie fully charge and nothing charge to me for this service.
O'Reilly show what really they are an excellent place where you can trust you'll get what you need using the true as base. Thank you for been there for me, I really appreciate your service.

The only reason I am leaving a review and 5-🎖🎖🎖🎖🎖 is because of the associate named Bryant that worked the counter the evening my Spouse and I went in. In a post covid world where no one wants to work, or customer service is almost non existent, this gentleman exceeded our expectations on what we’ve come to expect from “service”

Young people today get a bad rap because in most cases, they have not been trained on how to excel in the act of service. This young man went above and beyond by not only answering all our questions and looking for the part we needed, but he displayed patience and interest in our needs.

The company should be putting this gentleman on the fast track to management. This guy needs his own store. Thank you for helping with the exhaust manifold gasket, and helping with the return when we asked for the wrong thing in the beginning.

It's been less than 2 years since I was there. I just bought a radiator last week. It was damaged so I had to return it. There was no problem with returning it. My debit cars was credited within 2 days.

AMAZING staff very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Luckily, I was first directly helped by a young lady working the counter. Which she went above and beyond to look up several things for me, and when she would get stuck, the staff was very helpful with her. Unfortunately, I had to go several times here in the last two days due to my vehicle being fixed by my mechanic, and several things just kept on popping up. I got to work with Juan on my last visit and what a complete professional. He went above and beyond with his patience to allow me to explain myself in full. Especially since there was plenty that went on these last several days with my vehicle. Unknowingly, I didn't find out until the end that he was the store manager. Please keep up the amazing work and your doing a believeable job with your staff there!

A man named Jason met me before I even entered the store, I'm sure he heard me coming because the cover for my undercarriage was dragging on the ground. He quickly came to my aid by getting on the ground and under the car to assess what kind of fasteners I needed and then went to work at the tedious task of finding the right size. Jason had to make several trips inside before he located one that would fit. Not one time did he act annoyed or short with me and when I vocalized my gratitude his response was humble and genuine. I only stopped at this location because it was more convenient, I have always gone to Discount Auto parts or Advance Auto parts. O'Reilly has gained a customer because of Jason, I will be returning!

She has the right idea when it comes to customer service so if you need good customer service C Amy and don't waste your time with anybody else there's unfortunately somebody in there is terminally stupid and then you're just rolling the dice on who you might get so see you later

Went in looking for special part and was sure waited on well. Part was as advertised and price was correct it fit like a glove and 15 minutes later I was done.

I had my serpentine belt shred to pieces my power steering went out just as I was driving by the employees there were amazing they let me hang out there for a good 2 and a half hours while I waited to have my car towed 40 minutes home and a friend pick me up they made sure I was comfortable got me a chair let me charge my phone they even offered my pizza when their dinner got there

Best O’Reilly I have ever been to. Brian, Luis, Hector, and mike go above and beyond. I live close to the Claremont Store by 10 min. I drive the extra time cause it’s so much better. I’m a commercial Customer and go there almost every day. Have only got a wrong part once and they did everything they could to make it right. Hand down the best O’Reilly I have ever been too.

Great service. They let me use tools to install the battery I bought. They let me use the staff bathroom to cleanup with mechanic shop soap when I was finished.
