This Wendy's did a complete 180°. May and Tina got my order on point and FRESH and to Top it off the customer service they provided was amazing all the way to the beautiful smiles. I will definitely drive from Auburndale again Thank you ladies 🙏

Great store clean and amicable staff. Bath are ok could be improved. Everything else at Wendy' standards. If you ate driving route 27 on the way or leaving Orlando this is a great place to stop

I eat from Wendy's a lot, the food is always hot and fresh, the staff is always friendly. I cant really speak on the atmosphere because I always use the drive through, overall good experience Everytime.

For the first time in all my times I been to Wendys!! I most say this has been the best experience. Drive thru girls were so polite!! Courteous and prompt!! Food was actually hot and handed with a smile!! 💕💕

Was really nice food much better then the McDonald's over the road, with being from the UK and New to Wendy's the lady taking the order was very helpful and did not rush us.

The ladies and I went here after church today.. it was awesome! New user to the app, multiple orders and they were very patient with us.. really appreciated that!

I ordered online for carry out and checked in when I got there. Everything was fresh and Delicious!@ the young Hispanic man took care of me and was very pleasant. Though I asked him to verify that everything was in the bag, there was one order of French fries missing. Which he put into the bag. I think in those circumstances, they should have at least given me a free soda. It wouldn't be such an economical loss and IT WOULD MAKE ME WANT TO RETURN AND PURCHASE MORE FREQUENTLY at that location. Now, more than ever, there is a lot of competition out there.!!!

I've been seeing ads on TV about Wendy's new always hot, and fresh, Fries. So I decided to try them. I have had some cold and limpy ones at another place, lol. That's all I ordered, just the fries. They were the best tasting and hottest fries I have had in a long time. I highly recommend them to be tried. Great job Wendy's !

Place was immaculately clean staff had gloves and was working very efficiently. My order was taken and served crushinfresh hot. Nicole was very friendly and professional

Had the avocado salad southwestern it was fantastic if I swing by there again on the way to howey in the hills I'll grab a strawberry salad. Great staff everyone's busy and taking care of what needs to be done systematically. Just wish that that awesome crew that was working there and the customers are dining in the lobby had some air conditioner.. it was a very warm experience hahaaa

I placed a big order and the ladies that worked on Sunday 12/27 between approximately 8 -9 pm made it happen for me !!! . Great service from the young lady taking my order to the Manager who I believe was on there as well . I just want to say thank you to the ladies that took care of me .

This Place is good. But they gave me a frostychino one night and I wanted another one, so I went the next day and they said they are only available in the mornings, kinda annoying cause I can't make it in the mornings because I work from home but I want one. Otherwise this place is your typical Wendy's.. Much better then the one by I4.

Great service! You can tell they are under new management! I have have seen them hire and get transfers other stores, there new GM is being very picky about who they hire so that they can fix all of the problems listed below. Super Great , kind and a very cleanly service!:) They are still fixing things but its going to be way better! Even if you had a bad experience in the past try them again, you wouldn't be dis pleased!:)

The breakfast was very great to eat here. I love their bacon, egg, and cheese on a crossiant. The bottle of orange juice that's fresh from the bottle and not the machine.

Absolutely can not stand how good the spicy and grilled chicken is.. I HAVE to have it.. I used to work at Wendys the food is so good and addicting.. twenty years I've been on this path of the spicy chicken.. and I love every second of it!!
