It's our second home show some love to truck stops we dont have enough

Im a trucker and I come to this place every week for the last 3 years , I fuel there twice a week and park my truck in reserved every weekend.
I have always been treated well me and my colleagues in the company specifically the staff are always amazing specially Josh the maintenance employee,he is so helpful and with a positive energy ready to go the extra mile for the customers .
Also Justin a hard worker manager who exceeds all the expectations for his dedication to this job.

Hats off guys from pilote you are doing an amazing job to help us in our journey as truckers.

Great guys working here. Without going into details my truck broke down and they were very kind to let me sit at a no parking spot for two days without kicking me out. I really appreciate their understanding. Didn’t catch their names except for Frank. Thank you so much.

Today I was blessed to have stopped for gas at this location. After filling up, my car would not start. The women inside were extremely helpful and Aron (another employee) was kind enough to jump my car. His kindness and willingness to help a costumer in need was greatly appreciated and made my day. Thank you to the wonderful staff at this Pilot location.

Heyyyyy EJ!!! God forbid there ever is a situation with a driver here. These people will tell you they can’t do a wellness check on drivers whose location is here but hasn’t checked in or responded to dispatch in days. Because they don’t have the staff to do it. Sad.

Nice and quiet stop. I will say that I had an nice experience with the evening crew. They took care of a situation I had with no problem. Didn’t get her name but she seriously stepped up and took care of my medical issue. Thanks. They need a microwave though. The gentleman who I will assume was a manager said somebody had fried it. Probably stuck something metal or aluminum in it. That’s not good drivers! Somebody ruined it for many other people who are in need of the micro. Drive safe!

Arrived 2am (with negative time on my clock) looking for my reserved space but as I feared not a single spot was open anywhere. Spoke with the manager and he let me park off to the side in the cut. Rad for me as I couldn't barely even keep my eyes open any longer. Store was clean. Showers were hot. And there was even fresh pizza and hot sandwiches. Too bad these freeloaders stealing paid spots at the expense of other drivers. I would have rather seen that spot thief found and kicked or booted but at least I got to park and sleep...

Had an excellent experience over the Thanksgiving weekend at this Pilot. Purchased reserved parking a few weeks in advance, but got there all the spaces were full.Did not have to say anything twice as the nice lady (who either is or should be the Manager) immediately got right on it by printing out a list of what should be there. She then went out there and opened up spaces. I very much appreciate her doing this and not asking me to be the bad guy like they did a month ago on Marion Illinois.
Thanks to the professional, efficient and friendly staff. I'll be back.

I want to thank the pilot in Haines City, these guys were all class acts, in my 30 + years in the trucking industry I have never met more curtious and professional people Holly and Jamie were very very pleasant, they helped me get my pilot card set up so I could park. The store was clean taking into consideration they are ALWAYS busy and the burritos are great! I will definitely be coming back to this store!

Amber Rose is very pleasant every morning and makes an amazing cup of iced coffee. Raven makes the best cinnabons and always has a smile on her face when I see her. Holly and Angela are the dynamic duo of the front end, and always make me feel like I am in a live filming of an episode of I love Lucy. The laughter never stops with their interactions with all the customers and truckers. Great Job Pilot team in Haines City!!!! 😆

I generally just stop for a gas and go here but I have been inside on occasion. This a very large station with a good sized store. Service inside moves quickly and you can get in and out fast. Overall a good station.

Just want to give kudos to Raven. One of the managers. I had made a mistake on prime parking and she went and made sure that there was a parking spot for me. Thank you raven. Outstanding customer service. 👍👍

Friendly staff, plenty of parking, connected to Denny's. Has showers, laundry, well lit. Also offers accessories and supplies for your traveling needs. Also a place to pick up some tourist gifts and keepsakes.

Always give me good service no matter when I come in,good clean showers and nice employees willing to help you with anything you want. Now parking is another story, lot fills up around 4:30 to 5:00 so get in early if you want to stay for ten.

Raven..The Manager on duty 2/27 .. Professional and ensured my Reserved Space would be available ... and without the typical Late Night Drama from most P/FJ sites!.. Dont want a Refund..Just my secured place to park.. soooo many other P/FJ s.. Just Have Zero interest in your Long Day? Or HOS... She Cared.. Showed Concern and Reassurance!!.. Kudos!..
EVERY Dang P/FJ should take her Example n Lead!!...

We stayed near here on vacation. Went in to get a Pilot Rewards card and the staff were friendly and helpful. We use Pilot/Flying J on our travels instead of Roadside rest stops because they are big, clean and friendly.

Mgr Raven deserves a raise paid for a reserved spot show up all taken she immediately goes out has two trucks move excellent job thank you very much
