The girl at the drive thru was amazing my ticket said the name is Gregory but I don't think that was the girls name. I wish every experience at any place would be as nice. She was pleasant and patient.

Went for the Crunch Wrap Supreme, but found my new best favorite…Grilled Cheese Burrito Supreme with Ground Beef!

I’ve come here many times and the employees have always been so friendly and they always get my order correct. Tonight Kristyuna was my cashier at the drive through and despite me being able to see her back was hurting her from a long shift, she was so kind. Fast food customer service has declined over the years but it was nice to be greeted with a smile and her attitude was nice. She even shut the door to the drive through and let me know she was going to shut it before just abruptly slamming it in your face like most cashiers do.

This Taco Bell in Haines City always get your order right your food is hot they give it to you with a smile and you don't have to check the receipt when you leave like every other place these days great staff I see them at least three times a week and never had a bad experience

Food was great. Great value. They had a call in and worked short, the 2 girls were running as they were busy although still gave great service. Only thing was the orange kick starter was out, just seltzer water (?). Choose a tea instead then
