AT&T Store

TRENT IS THE BEST REP!!! Wow he was so patient and quickly solved all the problems I was having for YEARS with my tablet. I have spoken to many customer service reps over the phone at AT&T and this store in midtown was the only place that took their time with me and reassured me that I would walk out the door with some kind of resolution. I will always go back and work with Trent and I will refer him to all my friends and family. I may even completely switch over the AT&T from Verizon he was JUST THAT GOOD!!! :)

LeA was wonderful to work with my new phone. Her greeting and instructions were so great that she should be giving classes on Customer Services. If I need any services, I want Ms. LeA to serve me and my family and friends.

I had a great experience of this AT&T store. This is the only one I will go to from now on! Satin was super nice and helpful. She also gave me some discount options that I wasn’t aware of. They had good music, good vibes, and it’s black owned!

Lea was incredibly helpful. She was patient while I talked on the phone with AT&T customer service as I tried to get my number released. After I sorted that out, she worked with us to save us some money on our monthly bill. This will be the AT&T store I go to in the future.

Come in to get a new iPhone and left with not only the phone but Satin also got us major discounts on our AT&T phone and internet accounts! She is the greatest! Thank you, Satin!

Satin and Kyle ARE PHENOMENAL!!! I was forced to divorce Verizon due to its deplorable customer support and business service practices, and decided to cross the tracks over to AT&T. I have impeccable internet service with them- why not. So glad I did. During a business call on Verizon I lost all connectivity. I immediately raced out my home office to AT & T and was greeted by these 2 experts. Kind, patient, passionate and knowledgeable. They took great care to ensure I had all I needed to conduct my business. This has been THE best cell phone experience by far. Kyle and Satin …..ya need a RAISE!!! AT&T make it happen- they are both deserving…seriously. You gotta treat good people to keep good people. They represent this company well. I wish all customer support had the work ethic Satin and Kyle have.

My wife and I visited the store to move our numbers from Verizon to AT&T. Kyle Hamilton assisted us and did a fantastic job. Even when faced with some challenging and unusual circumstances, he remained pleasant and helpful. Would absolutely visit this store again to work with Kyle.

I highly recommend coming to this store. The service in incredible I broke my phone and they were able to get me an upgrade on top and helping me lower my bill. LeA was a great help and the customer service was top notch.

Kyle is a lifesaver. I really appreciate his customer service. I was in a rush to leave but he insisted that I come back when I have time and so I did ! I went to the store after spending an hour and a half on the phone with Customer No Service, getting nowhere. Kyle was great. I described the problem I had spent so much time on the phone trying to get fixed, and inside a minute he recognized the source of the problem and was able to explain it to my satisfaction, and advised me on how to resolve it. He was extremely helpful and is a real asset to AT&T and their customers.

Isaiah was a great help during my latest visit to the store. I needed my iPad service set up after receiving a replacement device. He was able to take care of the issue and get me on my way. In addition, he also told me about a benefit on my account that I was unaware of and not using. Super helpful!!
