AT&T Store

I went in to the King City AT&T because I had dropped my new iPhone and it was run over by an eighteen wheeler and that destroyed my phone.
Sean was amazing. He showed me how to start my claim process and walked me through it step by step. He made the process so simple. Sean is the very definition of professional and because of Sean I will stay with AT&T as long as he is there.

Had a great experience here. Rony helped me purchase a new phone for a great deal and helped me set it up. Overall great service!

Sandon was absolutely amazing helping me get a new phone. Very knowledgeable and personable to talk to. Will always be asking for him for any of my future phone needs.

Sebastian is the greatest!! After spending more than 3 hours trying to get my hands on an iPhone 14 Pro, I finally called this store and he said he had one and would put it on hold for me. They were closing in about half an hour at this point and I was 15 minutes away so I raced over… only to end up at the wrong store. I made it to the correct store with 4 minutes to spare before closing, and Sebastian let me know that the computer system would shut off right at closing time even if we were in the middle of the upgrade and it might no let us finish. I don’t live in town and begged him to please give it a try anyway and see if we could get it through before the system shut off - and he did it! I’ve never seen someone type so furiously on an iPad - he managed to get the upgrade through just in time. I was so relieved and thankful! Truly excellent service - Sebastian deserves all the praise for his hard work!

We worked with Sebastian and he was awesome! He was patient and friendly and we were completely satisfied with his customer service. He even stayed back after hours to help us complete the process. We would definitely go back to this store to work with him again.

A fine young man named Sebastian did his best with the account. He understood that I was eligible for an educator & set it up painlessly. He accepted my limited understanding of phones as a grandma but didn't make me feel like a foolish older woman. He was respectful & kind but knew his products. He was very organized and laid out those three devices very neatly on the table & had things all wrapped up quickly. He made things look easy when I felt overwhelmed in the world of iPhones. YES!

Nathan the store manager is amazing! He works hard to help get things done. We drove there from independence and it was totally worth the drive. I had a bad experience at a corporate store in Salem and Nathan was able to help fix the issue. The first time we were there he even stayed late to make sure phone lines were ported over. Definitely will always go back to this store for all my phone issues and needed help.

I have been an AT&T customer for 10 years now and visited several stores across the state with different experiences. This location is the best one in my opinion. Derrick was helpful, friendly, and set me up quickly with my new phone. I came in while it busy and the Store Manager set proper expectations on the wait time which I really appreciate. The process was easy and at the end of the day I was extremely satisfied with the customer service. I don't typically write many reviews, but wanted to let this store know to keep up the good job and for you to skip the other branches and come straight here! Thanks again guys!

Visited the AT&T store to update my phone. Charles, the store manager, greeted me and was so helpful in answering all my questions - without making me feel stupid. He helped me order the phone I wanted and went out of his way to make sure I understood all my options, as well as to qualify me for the best possible deal for my needs. He explained everything far better than the phone person at Costco. Glad I went to this store for answering my questions!

We chose to go to the location on pacific highway and I had never been there before. There were two associates working. We didn't quite catch the gentleman's name but he was very helpful at first then we worked the rest of our time with a lady Maikayla I believe is how she spelled it. She was super professional and helpful. I needed to do an upgrade and add myself to my husband's line. I had a dinosaur phone so it was really great getting an upgrade. They tried to get my information transferred over but because of how old my phone was, it just wasn't working out. I went ahead and got a new number too which was find by me. We spent a bit of time there but we got what we needed done and expected to be there a bit since anything can happen. I love AT&T, I switched to them a few years ago and did the prepaid. I have had zero problems it's been really great. Thank you both again, you two were wonderful and I'll definitely go back to this location next time.

Nathan the store manager is truly the best. He was able to help me when other AT&T locations would not. He was very patient with the other customers in the store and was extremely professional. If you need help from an AT&T store, go see him.
