Safeway

This is my favorite place to shop. I also order from their website and always get great service. They bring the groceries right up to your door. My favorite is the truck they keep cold items cold and hot items hot. So I can order frozen and deli and it comes fresh and perfect. I can get rock hard ice cream and a steaming rotisserie chicken in the same order. I LOVE IT! Also love the Starbucks in this location. I go here three times a week atleast.

Absolutely Amazing Coworkers. Above and beyond customer service. Fast and friendly even when busy. Awesome delivery service as well.

Very awesome staff. Manager team is dead on task. Cleanliness is a 10 plus. Deli people are the best in Oregon. Thank you for letting me appreciate a quality store.

When I was checking out, the cashier Ryan at the King City location was scrolling through the screen and I asked him if something was wrong and he said yes, I noticed the milk and eggs didn't ring up right so I am checking the rest of the items to make sure they rang up right. Just want to give a shout out to Ryan for going above and beyond to make things right. Fantastic!

Friendly staff. Clean. Good parking. Great selection. Prices do need to come down some. Pharmacy staff are the best around. Very very helpful. The pharmacy staff are the best of the very best!!!!!!!!

Of all the grocery stores I have available to me, this specific location is my favorite. (Minus the parking lot... hahaha) I enjoy the layout of the store. I'm new to the area, so all the little details really stand out to me as I gaze upon them with a fresh and contradicting experience.... It sounds strange to type it... But, Texas sucks! I lived there for 30+ years. I was content. I had a super interesting and challenging career in the DFW area.... I love it here! Sure, it's expensive as hell... I just consider it the cost of living in such a beautiful area... unfortunately. 😆

Quick and easy. Deli got me just what I needed

I am not a morning person and hate grocery shopping, but my cashier this morning, Paul Greenwood, made my day. She was extremely helpful, cheerful, polite and fast/efficient. I was actually smiling when I left the store. The customer service was honestly the best I've ever had. Thanks!

I went shopping around 9:45 pm and upon checking out I overheard the cashier, Kaleb, tell the customer he was checking out "not a problem. It's okay." She then, without the groceries, exited the store. Kaleb turned to me and stated, "it will be just a moment. The customer infront of you forgot her wallet and will be right back." I thanked him and waited. The lady came back and again apologized to Kaleb. He again reassured her that everything was okay. She exited and he then proceeded to check out my groceries. I was blown away at his customer service, it was over the top in excellence in my opinion. He bagged my groceries like they were his own.

Thank you Kaleb very much for giving that little bit of extra in your job. I told you that you deserve recognition and that the company should give you a raise. Hope you get at least a koodo's (pat on the back).

Safeway visit after Eye Health Northwest was an easy in and out. Despite all the temptations of their baked goods. My favorite being the Chewy Chocolate Pecan cookies. $5 a dozen, when they have them.😋😋😋

Nice wide aisles in produce. The aroma was wonderful in the Bakery! And every item needed was available!

I was lucky enough to land in Paula’s cashier line and it was an uplifting and wonderful experience. Paula is professional, extremely nice and very knowledgeable. What more could I or anyone else ask for? When I noticed her cashier line getting long and tried to direct some of the traffic to other lanes to prevent a isle blockage....Paula let me know that those customers were in her lane fir a reason....how could anyone blame them?

Best Safeway in town. Shout out to the person that made the sushi today, especially the cream cheese roll. It was soooo good! They always have such friendly employees too. I wish the store would remove the bushes from the parking lot though.

I was VERY impressed with your cashier named Angela! My shopping experience was excellent!! Angela was very efficient, friendly & offered great advice. I will look for Angela next time I am in your Tigard, OR store shopping!! She deserves a raise...great employee!

Store brand is absolutely phenominal in quality..in fact better than major brands..my daughter was eating Safeway self hot cheetos and noticed her fingers weren't covered in fake spice slime and that she could literally taste the ingredients! 99% of which we could pronounce

The cashier came from his chrchstand and said come on over. He picked up the 2 items I had already unloaded and carried them over to his check stand. Friendly, helpful and was genuinely appreciative I WAS THERE. Shelves were fully stocked.

The general manager is a total gentleman! He knows his customers by first name and his staff is very good at correcting any error from previous visits. I had a disagreement with one of the checkers and the next time I came in, after reporting my complaint to the manager, she was completely nice and corrected her demeanor from the previous visit.
This is how it should be at every place.

Great store, helpful employees, clean and well-stocked, very accurate checkout (you get the price you expect). I also appreciate that the cashiers are equipped to write rainchecks so you don't have to wait again for customer service. A very customer-service oriented Safeway!

I've gone to this Safeway as long as I can remember. The prices are high even with a club card, so I usually shop at WinCo for groceries...

But the reason I give this Safeway 5 stars is for the Pharmacy. I'm in a pain management program and I've never ever felt judged there, even when there's new employees. I've tried different pharmacies and experienced some degree of attitude more often than not. If you've ever been in pain management programs you probably know what I'm talking about.

They treat me like a human, not an addict which is a simple assumption. The pharmacists at King City Safeway are very kind and get to know you personally. I see them once a month and they greet me like I'm a friend... It's just a very nice experience every time. I moved to a different town recently but I decided to stick with this Safeway. It's a longer drive but I'm okay with that.
