I have called, rented and gotten things delivered or come into the store so many times I've lost track.  The whole staff has been so, sweet, helpful, honest, knowledgeable, considerate and reliable.  I cannot speak highly enough of my experience and will be recommending this business to anyone who will listen.

I brought my mom’s walker to this store to have the brakes adjusted but Jim (so observant!) noticed that a critical bolt was missing. He just kept trying different bolts until he came up with a fix that made the walker safe again. I am so grateful! My mom could have taken a bad fall. Very caring and professional service. Plus a really nice store. Definitely worth traveling a distance.

Went in to fill a prescription for medical equipment. Although they do not bill insurance and it was clear that we needed to bill the insurance...so no sale. Ginny not only helped us pick the best item but she also took the time to write down the model number and the price for us AND told us where to go to get the item where they bill insurance. Ginny is the epitome of proper customer service. I will wholeheartedly recommend doing business here if this the their standard way of doing business!!!

I brought my walker in for maintenance last week and was so impressed with the staff and their helpfulness.
Also thank you Brent for not only fixing my problem but going above and beyond and replacing the other brake line.

Took my electric mobility scooter here for service to have the batteries replaced. Brent was great, got it in the day after I called and had it serviced and ready to go the same day I dropped it off. Would definitely recommend and return here for all my mobility equipment needs!

McCann's Medical is awesome. The staff wears masks to protect clients.

The staff are very knowledgeable, facilitative, and concerned about what's the best product is for their clients with disabilities.

Somehow I had managed to assemble a brand new Nova walker incorrectly, whereby one of the legs was totally stuck and I brought it in to McCann's Medical to be serviced. After much effort, Rob was able to get the stuck leg out and assemble the walker properly.

McCann's Medical new location is larger, handicapped accessible, and has more medical supplies available than the old store.

Highly recommend the place to go and staff to see for medical equipment and supplies.

I've been a customer for years, and they consistently have helpful and knowledgeable staff who have been a wonderful blessing in a variety of ways. Even the postal service workers are friendly and accommodating, helping me with patience and care. This is my favorite post office, and a terrific pharmacy and gift shop. Highly recommend this store.

The most helpful and knowledgeable staff. If you're waiting for a Rx refill, there is a variety of interesting food, decorations, games, even a post office. My mom is in assisted living, I'm a guy, and the staff at McCann's is able to help me deal with the age, gender, and general confusion I face in shopping for ma. I love this place.

Love the gifts and greeting card choices. People there are nice and helpful. Been going there for years, not a senior here. Love the candy! They have a Post office, too! A great place to Christmas shop, fun place.

Was told by Newport Medical Supplies to call Mccann's for an item I wanted. I don't like sheets/blankets touching my feet. Mine broke when we moved.
When I called I spoke to Tom and explained what I wanted and he replied they have them and he sent a picture of it and when I said I wanted he took it right back and mailed it off and I received today.
Tom was very pleasant and helpful. Is going on bed today. Thanks so much for your help and time.

Best candy counter EVER, best staff, sweet and helpful and good place to have a P.O. Box. I don't understand these negative reviews. I don't understand the comment "Caters to the King City crowd" if you are talking about seniors well yeah they do. You wouldn't go to a sporting goods store to buy lingerie would you? It has something for everyone there but does specialize in senior aids.

We've shopped at McCann's for years. They always know the best solution for a problem/challenge. We needed a full electric bed asap for my dad, and were unfamiliar with what to do. They described the options, and delivered the same day! Now that's service! Thank you.

I was in the market for a new pellet smoker/grill. After a much online research, I decided on Green Mountain Grills. These grills are only sold through a network of contracted dealers. McCann's was the closest dealer to me so I stopped in to check them out.
The staff at McCann's earned this 5 star review. They answered all my questions with well informed answers. They did not have the exact model I was after in stock (WiFi Daniel Boone). The manager called Green Mountain to ensure availability. I was a little concerned that if it had to be ordered, I may not receive it by Christmas, as this was to be a gift. The manager told me he could get one delivered within 2 days. He would even personally pick it up at the distribution center if 2 day delivery could some how not be met. He then offered to put the grill together for me free of charge. I respectfully declined because I enjoy wrenching on things. But what customer service!
I received a call when the grill showed up 2 days later. When I arrived to pick up the grill and accessories the manager was not there. He had let other staff members know I was coming. They knew exactly what I ordered and had it all ready. Then assisted in loading it all into my pickup.
This 5 star review was well deserved because of product knowledge depth, services offered, and internal employee communication. Good job McCann's.

Had to go there for my elderly in-laws had no idea what i needed just of things that sounded foreign to me. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in getting the supplies I needed. I would recommend to anybody who needs wheel chair rentals, assistance recliners or anything to help people this is where i would go.

Great convenience store. Compact but has a lot to offer: clothing, jewelry, gifts, gift cards, pharmacy, medical supplies, and lots of handmade chocolate truffles. Good customer service.

Michael is very kind and helpful and a wealth of knowledge and experience. He helped me with a device I needed and also where I might find a doctor for ongoing care since I am new to the area

McCann’s is our go-to place for wheelchair and other medical supplies. They’ve been wonderful to work with for hospital bed rental.
