Visited the store to buy a portable heater for my garage, and encountered Larry, a courteous and informative associate. He guided me to the heater aisle, explained everything, made a few suggestions, and stayed with me until I had all I needed. Great visit…

We needed to replace our washing machine recently. Krystal was extremely helpful and spent time with us explaining pros and cons of the machines we had considered. We have bought all of our major appliances from Lowe’s so we had no qualms with purchasing the washer from them. I am very happy with my new washer!! It doesn’t get out of balance and the clothes come out super clean. Thank you Krystal for your knowledge and guidance. Thank you Lowe’s for hiring quality people!!

We are visiting family and had to run to this Lowe's to pickup a few items. This Lowe's location is AMAZING! Thank you Bob in Tools, Lara at checkout, and J.T. in online pickup. All three were incredibly informative, helpful, and all-around pleasant to deal with. Too bad we live several states away or else we would shop at this location much more often.

Went into get some grill supplies, spoke with Andre just about general usage, and specifically a BBQ Daddy scraping tool, he looked and they were all out. I go to check out, and he came and found me in line with the last one that was inside one of the floor models of the grill that he went and looked through after I left the aisle. I know it's a little thing, but it awesome to encounter an employee who really cared about providing authentic & helpful service. Give Andre a raise ‼

If I could give this store more than 5 stars, I would!! Mrs. Pat was awesome!!! I visited Home Depot first but I couldn't get anyone to help me. I visited this store 30 minutes before they closed and Mrs Pat went over and beyond to help me. She wasn't rushing. She was very knowledgeable and great at her craft. She saved my night. For this reason, I will encourage everyone with hardware needs to visit this location. She definitely put a smile on my face in a time of frustration.

Went to Lowe's Appliance Department was able to find a matched dual coffee maker and a microwave. Prices were more than competitive took the product home for Christmas gift everything went smoothly more than happy with my purchase

Store was clean and items were easy to find. I don't need help but I did see enough employees where I didn't feel like I would have to search to find one for assistance. Self checkout is convenient and they always have what we need.

Very good shopping experience at Lowe's. The employees were very helpful and courteous. I was warmly greeted by the front desk. The employees showed willingness to help.

A big shout out to the garden center team at this Lowes. We bought our dream Christmas tree today. It was a display tree and although Marc (garden center Manager) was reluctant to sell it to us, he was as sweet as can be with making an exception. It took quite a lot of convincing from my end but after Marcia (cashier) put a good word in for me, we walked out with the perfect tree for our little girls Christmas. Unfortunately, I forgot the gentleman's name who assisted us with getting the tree ready but again thank you to the whole garden center team at this Lowes. We will be back next year.

This location is awesome. Items in stock and the employees are super knowledgeable and helpful, unlike the lithonia location. I live in lithonia but shop here due to the positive experience and the employees customers service.

This location is great. The selection is big, the products organized, and the building is well maintained. The people that work at this Lowe’s are always helpful and friendly, which is really the “game changer”

Candace has been my massage therapist for close to 2 years now. She does a great job relieving all of my musle aches and pain. I highly recommend her.

Great garden center. Place turns into a club on Saturdays and Sundays for plant ladies and lawn dads. But other than that one of the best lowes.

Jerimy, Wayne, Ladonna, and Nyshaun were SO amazing and helpful. Because of these team members, we not only found everything we needed, we were in and out of the store FAST.

I shopped at store #1603 in Snellville on August 28th. I received assistance from Joy in the hardware section. She did not know that I’m an associate at store #3351 in Wildwood Florida. After she helped me, I told her I worked with Lowes as well and the the customer service she provided was awesome. Thank you Joy for a job well done!!

Kyle in flooring is the best! I’m a Lowe’s Pro and I’ve used other stores. Customer service and management is sub par in other stores. Kyle is so helpful and knowledgeable.

Had an issue with a lawnmower repair. Jeremy (supervisor) Matt, Krystal, Kendra, and Mulu ensured that I was comfortable while waiting. They took care of the problem, while dealing with their system being upgraded. They all were very understanding and caring. Awesome teamwork to get the job done!

Pam is excellent and needs to be a manager..avoid the rest..nice store but the customer service is not modern enough and I stood for multiple minutes waiting for a customer service representative to acknowledge me and not interrupt the customer he was speaking to but he literally walked over me..The inventory is not as broad as most stores..

Wonderful place to pick up your home and garden needs. Needed to pick up a few things, and grabbed a couple I didn't go after.
