10/10 service, I needed a new phone ASAP and the branch manager Ali was phenomenal and got me set up within 30 mins.

AT&T is often at the butt of all of my jokes around customer service, but Ali and Jason really changed that!

Daniel was great ! I went in to inquire about a phone upgrade and he assisted me in comparing which option worked best for me and gave me information about the current promos . I’ll be going to this location for all my account needs moving forward.

Walked into the store, there was only one other customer who the only worker was working with. He looked at us and said nothing. We stood around for about 20 minutes and eventually left because he would not even acknowledge us or tell us that he’d be with us after. When we eventually walked out he chased after us and said “he was almost done.” Nope! You could have told us that while we stood around and you ignored us. Lost a sale!

I purchased a prepaid phone card back in the 1990s AT&T has done away with the card I still have money on the card. I am unable to call AT&T as I have no number with them. I talked to Sunday Jones on June 2nd and she lied she didn't call me back the next day as she promised. The 1-800 I used to call for customer service referred me to a website that I can't get NO information from. AT&T SUCKS THAT'S WHY I LEFT THEM IN MAY 2019!!

AT&T is the devil.I keep getting hung up on by the loyalty department and the chat agents keep dropping my conversation because the company won’t remove a charge for a device that had a hardware issue . EVIL !!!!!
