AT&T Store

Anton greeted me and immediately began to answer my questions regarding my bill change. He updated my auto payment card on file since the other card expired and he explained the change will take effect next billing cycle. We discussed a business account and he took the extra mile to help me get my account changed from consumer to business! He was very knowledgeable and helped exceed my expectations for the visit (as I was pretty upset when I first came in there!). Overall he was very sweet & I couldn't thank him enough for his help!

Antoine was absolutely the best. He helped resolve the issues created by another store manager. When Makenzie B (Walkertown NC store) took on the task of transferring us from another provider she made so many errors that it took us all day Saturday with making calls and running between Verizon corporate and at&t corporate locations to fix and he stayed well past closing to make sure we left with working phones. If it wasn't for Antoine and his understanding of the issues & fixing the problems we would have cancelled the contract with you guys and just stuck with our old providers. Antoine deserves a raise while Makenzie B deserves to lose her assistant manager position and go back through training.

The Staff was very Professional and the experience was Seamless! I appreciate the Prompt Service and the Helpful way Ked navigated me through all of my issues, frustrations and Drama, lol. Marcel was the original person that I worked with and he was also Helpful, courteous and humorous. Thank you for the Great Experience!

I went to the Stratford Road ATT store and worked with Apria and she provided excellent 5 star customer service. Very professional, polite, friendly and kind! Great representative for ATT. She is one of the reasons we keep coming back to ATT.

I have had nothing short of amazing service at this store. Kedrick Mitchell goes above and beyond to help me with any needs. From explaining the child setting for my son's phone to helping me with accessories etc. I highly recommend this store and the service Kedrick provides.

I had sales associate Richard Bradford, he was exceptional in his recommendations and was able to effectively demonstrate all plans and services that at&t offered. I was very impressed with the overall atmosphere of the store, the entire staff is top notch. Manager Cory was excellent as well, he assisted when needed and answered important question while incorporating shared elements of family life that we both related to. Will definitely visit again in the future.

Mr. Marcel was very professional when getting me set up to purchase my IPAD. He explained everything very clearly during the process and got me set up in a timely manner. I came in with some concerns about my billing and he was very patient with helping me understand. If you want the best sales man at the store I would recommend Marcel. He needs a reward for all the great service he provides every time I come in. Amazing Job

To put a long story short I bought phones & service through sams club... only to figure out I was led astray on MANY things that were promised. I came to this store and Ked (kendrick) helped me. He literally fixed all of my issues and was so understanding the whole time. He could have easily said "its not my problem, you bought them at sams" like another store did.. but he took the time out of his day to fix and solve my problems without lying to me. I appreciate his honesty and urgency more than he will know. Thank you!!!!!

My experience at AT&T on Stratford Road was amazing! Marcel Jr. went above and beyond and treated me with respect in the smallest details. Came in after a horrible week to upgrade my phone. Ended up working Kedrick Mitchell. He was more than wonderful. His customer service was beyond amazing. He made me and my husband feel totally secure with our bill and our service. His management was great also! Arizona and Cory were great with checking in on us. Wonderful job guys!

We went once again went into the AT&T Store on Stratford Rd and had another great experience! This time, we were greeted by Prii who promptly helped us. She was very informative and friendly. We will be returning to see her when we upgrade my Apple Watch. The Stratford road branch gives awesome customer service.

I went to this location w/ my sister to upgrade her phone and 2 watches. Our rep, Marcel Jr was extremely helpful in helping get everything set up. Kedrick Mitchell did their thing! I really appreciate their patience and persistence in making sure we were assisted to the best of his abilities. I personally think they went above and beyond, over 3 days he spoke with my family and I while we were picking up products.

Went to Stratford Rd and dealt with Kedrick Mitchell. He is impeccable with customer service. Started me a new line and even made a way for me to save money. I would recommend him to EVERYBODY! Also the manager Corey was amazing. This location is great and I recommend this to everybody.

I got the best customer service at this location. After a failed fiber install from an online purchase of the system, I was told to come to a store to get the correct equipment. I went to several stores before this one, but it was here that the staff decided to call customer service with me to get to the bottom of what I needed to do. I really appreciate the extra help!
