Family Dollar

About 10 min ago, I was inside the store with my grandmother. There was a cashier with the name Mel on her name tag. She went above and beyond normal customer service to help out any way she could by checking for discounts in the back after I could not find them in the Family dollar app. She did all kinds of other little things that were helpfull to the point of me having to find this Google review page. She needs a raise , The other cashier was doing a good job too. He looked new as he only had a red shirt , but they both desurve more $$$$.

By far my favorite store and the manager has been there on Saturday more than once as the cashier. which I've never seen in other stores.
I want to thank him publicly for being as good as he is with Customer Service very friendly,as Cashier very quick and my guess is accommodating to employee s as to why he was cashier on Saturday. Good Man deserving of Gold 🌟.

Firstly let me address the bad reviews I read. This store is in unsavory neighborhood and anybody who is bothered by a over attentive customer service representative of the store is probably up to no good. That being said the store is well organized. Allan is a super friendly guy. Love finding really good bargains in this place.

Very nice workers, clean store, and it is huge with non-stop sales and everyday WOW stuff for $1. I absolutely love this store for all my needs even clothes😉

Family dollar has a lot of great merchandise. But beware… everything is not $1.
