Fry's

This is a layer back frys it's busy but not to busy and they haven't changed everything around like the other stores. I can get in and get what I need without it taking longer to find something than to buy it. They are very helpful, and cashier's are very nice.

I love frys but today every basket leaving the store set off alarm and locked up the basket that was annoying! Get on that problem frys!

Mia, at the service desk was very friendly, polite , thoughtful and professional. She had both sides closed so she can go on break. She put her break off to service me and 2 others that came behind me. What an awesome employee!!

I was just getting off of work and needed to cash my check really badly. I had no gas to make it home. Juanita was an angel. She was closing the money center for the night, but took the time to help me cash my check to make it home. phenomenal customer service!! Kudos to Juanita 🤸‍♀

Great place to shop friendly employees

Everyone is so friendly and the store is pretty nice; I can usually find whatever I need. I don't know what the heck kind of people the other 1 star raters have encountered, but my experience has usually been great. My car is in total one peace, and I have yet to have an issue in the parking lot of the plaza area at all; perhaps don't try parking in areas with the most car density, because whether you're in this plaza parking lot or another area, you're likelier to get into an accident that way. Just saying.

I love my Frys on 19th Ave and Glendale! The employees are always helpful and nice. The floors and bathrooms are always clean. I would change one thing if I was the manager. On days you know the customer service desk wil be busy, add an extra cashier. I have waited in the customer service line to pay my rent for almost an hour and a half on more than one occasion. *fridays when people get paid *or on the last 3 days of the month and 1st 3 days of the month when people pay rent.

In this pandemic, most grocery stores cause me anxiety. This one did not. Every employee and most customers were wearing masks correctly. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The cashier noticed after I already paid that we forgot to scan my Fry's card. She fixed it and gave me the difference in cash, which was a good amount.

This pharmacy has the nicest people running this place. I felt like I was in a small town as they greeted each person with a cheerful greeting. Plus the pharmacist gives the best shots of anyone in Arizona. She is very conscious of the clients comfort.

The staff is hit or miss. Some genuinely care and appreciate your business, others make you feel as though you were inconveniencing them. As far as prices, being Kroger afiliatwd, they can afford to have the lowest prices in town, and for the most part they do. Fuel rewards is a serious bonus also.

My friend needed some soup took him there they had what he needs Walmart doesn’t carry a lot of brand’s I will start going to fry’s more often they have a lot more stuff than Walmart 👍 staffing was friendly fast getting in and out of fry’s Walmart you have to wait a lot to get checked out not enough staff at Walmart

I am a BIG FAN of this Frys in particular. The prices are competitive enough with the Frys app + coupons. But, the REAL bargain is the employees. They are an exceptional bunch. You won't find a more helpful and considerate group of people ANYWHERE. They are patient and kind with my son (I call him baby maniac). I will continue to go out of my way to shop here. The produce is awesome. The atmosphere is welcoming. It really makes a difference.

Definitely one of the best grocery stores to go to ! I have been coming here for years and nothing will ever change that . Friendly and helpful staff and is always stocked up with what you need !

Me and my sister went today to pick out some flowers for our mom. A nice lady named Vee helped us out. She did an amazing job arranging the flowers and all though they were busy at the time she didn't rush she took her time and made everything look great. Thanks Vee for all your help today!! Will definitely be going back.

Katie in the Deli is awesome. She has great customer service and maintained a positive demeanor when I didn't understand how preorders for Thanksgiving worked. Thanks Katie!!
