Raekwon hooked me up! I went in for a new cord and left with a free item. He also replaced my glass and my phone feels like new again. He also let me know of a promotion for a buy one get one free apple watch and how I could upgrade to the next phone at a discount. I definitely will be coming back. Great customer service!

I came in the first day and was helped by Jaelyn for a phone upgrade. She was speedy and professional with the entire process. Came back a few days later and was helped by Rae and all I can say is that the customer service provided by the staff at this ATT is fantastic. We visited the new AT&T store in Holly Springs on opening day, Friday 2/28/20. The entire staff was friendly and helpful and they all seem eager to grow the business! We switched our service from another carrier and purchased two new phones. We primarily worked with Andre and he made the process incredibly smooth and simple. We appreciated the level of customer service and though many of the staff were new and the store was brand new, it didn’t seem to slow down any processes. The store manager went out of his way to drive to another store to get a phone they didn’t have in stock. I was fine waiting for it to be ordered, but he insisted! We were very impressed and because of this attentive staff we are now happy to be AT&T customers!

Went into the AT&T store on Grand Hill Ave in Holly Springs & was greeted by Antonie who helped us add a line not to mention upgrade my wife's phone! He showed professionalism & was so personable. Good Customer service these days is hard to find yet this gentleman made my experience delightful & so easy. See Antonie if you go into the AT&T store!!! He's originally from up North as we are!!

Switched over from Verizon the other day. I was working with the manager Noah, who was extremely awesome and made sure we got the best plan and discounts along with our internet! These guys know what they’re doing! Come see them here in Holly Springs.

Jaelyn, Nick and Kristen are amazing. Kristen has been with me every step of the way to get my plan activated, phone ordered and ensure the plan was what I ordered. Nick helped me get my trade-in handled after the iPhone 13 arrived. Jaelyn assisted us with technical questions about 5G. It was truly like being among family when walking in the store. Kristen and Jaelyn are SUPER sweet and friendly. Everyone offered advice about using my phone and proper equipment. Nick even took a couple minutes to show me some shortcuts to take screenshots with the double tap feature! I’m gonna actually miss having a reason to stop by because these people are so Great!!

DeVeon was a big help upgrading my family, very knowledgeable and personable! Loved sending time with him and we’ll be back soon
