Target

Good food and department store with a large variety of just about everything. Starbucks in front, along with pizza. Staff is friendly and courtesy. There is plenty of parking and I s always clean. Also has several restaurants out front for convenience.

This has been our go to Target since it opened. It has been clean, decluttered, with good prices, and more than helpful employees. We’ve never had any problems here.

This Target location at Holly Springs is very neat, clean and bright.
They have nice categories of varieties.
The workers at this location are nice , friendly and helpful.
They know what they are doing, they don’t give the customers hard time.
Today We were at this Target to return a wrong size Pants, the lady was nice and returned it without asking anything.

Humongous store that I thought it was a super target but its not. Has necessities, I got lost and couldn't find the entrance.

MICHELLE!!! I'm assuming she was the return and exchange manager, she was so amazing 😍. I called the store like 14 x and could not get an answer, so I drove up there (45 minutes) to find a toy that only y'all had in stock (it was for an autistic kiddo, so it was very important). I didn't find the toy when I got there.. Michelle was VERY patient, kind, and friendly.. she went above and beyond helping me look for and locate the toy! I have NEVER been more pleased with the customer service at a store than I was with hers! She is outstanding.. if you're reading this, Michelle- THANK YOU!!

Great store - - Jazzlyn and Annilyn in the ladies department are awesome. We went in late last night looking for an outfit for my daughter, both ladies were genuinely kind and helped us pick out a few items and even brought a couple more items to us in the dressing room.

Narain is the epitome of good customer service. I don’t usually write reviews but I have to commemorate him for his hard work. I came in near closing hours and even after a long day, overheard him speaking so joyfully when interacting with other customers. When I checked-out, he was efficient and extemely personable. I can tell he works hard and puts large efforts into his roll. Hats off to Narain for being the best, you deserve a raise!

Emma and Lauren went above and beyond in their assistance with me and my family and my friends as we toured through the store and I felt like they cared for us in a way that only upscale designer boutiques often care for their clients come here any time and enjoy a true target shopping experience

Love this place! My mother fell and the workers sprung into action. Calling 911 and preforming CPR. She is 68 years old and I'm glad we where in an amazing store. THANK YOU TARGET! you have gained a loyal costumer.

The manager at the Target in Holly Springs has amazing customer service. After a confusing and frustrating issue with the fitting room he helped resolve the issue very well. It’s hard to find great customer service these days, so well done.

I went to Target to make a return and the line for returns/pick-ups was at least 6 people long, with more people walking up behind me. There was one representative available, most likely because it was 2:30 on a Sunday afternoon. I didn’t catch her name, but the representative was quick, kind and remained calm despite the growing line. I was so impressed by her positivity, and the fact that she made time to chat with me as she scanned my return item. I wish I would have gotten her name, but this level of service is one of many reasons I love shopping at Target Holly Springs!

I like target, love to visit atleast once a week. Recently moved to Fuqvay Varina NC, now target is too far to visit regularly. Missing a lot. Hopefully soon one store will open in our area too.

I was in line for returns, though I had returns and an online order to pick up. I was approached by a very polite employee who asked if I might also have a pick up. He was back with my order before I got to the return desk. He was efficient and helpful which I appreciated very much. One of the many reasons that I love Target. Keep up the great work.

This store is always clean and has friendly staff. Today my cashier even helped be sure I had my gift cards and offers active in the app as well as the offers on items I didn't even know we're on sale. Super helpful for this teacher's summer wallet!

Be sure to give Mark in Exchanges and June in Electronics a high-five, fist bump, or "atta-boy". This Best Target experience I've had in a while.

I had a complicated order where a large ticket electronic item was purchased on our Red Card, one item was a drive-up item, and I got something else in store using another credit card. You can see how things already had the potential to get a little confusing. Mark helped me problem solve, walked me through some things on the app, made sure I got my discount on the Red Card, walked me back to electronics, and even got my drive-up item himself. June, to her credit, was juggling at least two other customers in electronics, but helped me get the item I needed, and even walked me back to the customer service area to help with the different items through different orders situation. Stellar customer service! Appreciate you guys!

I'm not normally a Target shopper, but went tonight because I needed a particular item. Not being familiar with the layout I asked 2 team members for assistance. The one who helped me was so polite and willing to help. He knew exactly what I wanted and offered to go to the back to get it. (They hadn't gotten to that area to restock yet.) I was completely impressed with his customer service. If the managers for this location see this, please give a huge shout out to Landon! He went above and beyond and I'm very thankful to have met him this evening.

This is a great Target. Went here today which is probably the busiest shopping day of the year (Saturday before Christmas). Checkout lines were long but the staff had it organized so everyone flowed through one line to the next available cashier. This way the line moved fast.

The staff here is consistently helpful and friendly and I've never had issues with returns, checking out, online orders, anything. Great job to the staff and those that train them.
