Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I went to the Holly Springs Tropical smoothie the other week and ordered a kiwi quencher. This was recommended by Ashley, the girl working the counter. I loved it, probably the best drink I've had in a hot a second. Ashely was super kind and seemed like a very caring and compassionate person. I had a short conversation with her before I left. I'm definitely going to go and grab another drink and maybe talk with her again soon.

I did not have any problems. The place was clean inside and outside. Placed an order for food they got everything correct. However they were late getting the drinks out on time ordered 30 minutes in advance online. They did apologize for the wait but I really wasn’t in a hurry. Smoothies tasted like sweet smoothies and not water overall a very good experience.

Ashley is a great employee! Always smiling and so very helpful!

VEGAN OR VEGETARIAN CHECK YOUR FOOD. I have ordered from this place and they despite saying “no chicken” and sub plant based chicken I got real chicken.

I thought I checked it this second time and rushed out to get back to work. But I wasn’t through enough I guess.

The managers both times have been great though and offered remakes/refunds.

Very clean and well-run location. The seasonal pumpkin smoothie is very creamy and close to the taste of a real pumpkin pie. Service is fast and efficient.

We had the chance to stop in last week during a trip to the area. The staff was extremely polite and took the time to listen and talk to my wife about her special requests due to her dietary needs.

Service was fast and the restaurant was clean, always a plus when visiting a new spot in an unfamiliar area!

I’m all about a natural healthy smoothie!! I recently visited your Holly Spings location.
Victoria was just awesome with advising me of the different choices she could make with the tastes I told her I preferred. The smoothie was by far the best I have tasted. She even went beyond to follow up with me to make sure that the smoothie was to my satisfaction. Great customer service and this customer will be returning.

My review is for the beautiful young lady who is working the smoothie station, all BY HERSELF, as 3 co-workers "make sandwiches". Shame on management and the owner for their lack of staff and supervision. And, sadly, the young woman is a woman of color and the coworkers are not. This could pose as discrimination.

Order online, in store or through doordash - can't go wrong whether food or a smoothie. I love the add in options and portion is huge. A great after sport event treat. Highly recommend and staff are extremely kind.

Victoria is so sweet and down to earth. We chatted for a few minutes and she was very genuine. I had never been to a tropical smoothie cafe before and she made some suggestions for me and I went with one of them and it tasted amazing! I will definitely come back and hope to see her smiling face when I come back. Thanks again Victoria.

For Holly Springs and Apex: I always have a great experience here. The staff is friendly and they never fail to put a smile on my face. Everything looks clean and is made correctly. This is definitely my go-to place to eat.

Great place! Food quality is amazing and (some of) the employees have wonderful service! A bit of an odd story, one time I asked for the Mango Magic smoothie without the mango, and the person preparing my smoothie left the mangoes in anyway! Thankfully, Sully was quick to correct the mistake and made the experience worth it. I'll be returning!

I always have a great experience at this place, and the staff is fantastic. They do everything they can to enhance your experience. This one employee, Sully, literally did a backflip when I asked him to. It spilled my smoothie everywhere but it was so worth it! I'd recommend it to anybody.

Victoria recommended a Chia Banana Boost for this smoothie newbie and it was amazing. She was SO incredibly patient & professional in helping me choose something. I will be back to Holly Springs for another one this week. Excellent Customer Service! 😊
