Emma went above and beyond with helping me find what I was looking for. When she didn’t know the answer to a question, she’d find out for me. She was very helpful!

Just had one of the best curbside pickup experiences ever since many places have gone this route during this Pandemic. I was checking in on the app as my husband was pulling up and by the time he barely put the car in park, the employee was already walking out. Thank you so much! We usually don't use curbside but did today because we had to make it somewhere by 4 and this kept us on time.

Golf Review Only:
I had the pleasure of working with Frank on my golf outing this afternoon. I needed assistance picking out a set of irons and with his help, we were successful. Frank was friendly and very knowledgeable about the product selection and pricing. He took his time to help me choose the right set and I feel confident going into my next round of golf. While I was there, I brought my old set of clubs in and Frank helped me with a much needed new grip and installation for my putter. This will give life back to the club for a very affordable price. In addition, I was able to sell my old clubs for an awesome amount. Be sure to check when there are extra percent trade-in deals and forget messing around with craigslist or selling them online, just bring them into the store! I'm not sure that I would have received this kind of service anywhere else and Frank does the job of putting Dick's sporting goods on the map as the best golf store in town...well at least in my part of the woods, Holly Springs/Apex...I will definitely be back to purchase more!

Terrific customer service. I left some Christmas gifts behind, the staff found my phone number. It could have been way to ignore it. The week before I asked if they had coupons, btw, always ask! The gal told me there was one on line, I saved 25% which was 300.00. Yes, I spent alot!!

Great to know they do military discounts. Though I don’t agree with everything Dick’s Sports supports it’s nice to know they honor the veterans who served their country.

I would like to say that I love this Dick's Sporting goods, so far they have had everything for my daughter for softball and there is always a sales associate there to help. And the sales associates even know things about the sports they are not just standing around or say yeah that's on isle 6. So happy we got this in the FV, Holly Springs, Apex area!

Got a new bike through a co-worker, and we took it to be checked out to make sure everything was ok...Espo was totally amazing in doing just that! Will definitely come back to see him again with any questions.

Good selection, plenty of helpful staff members all over the store. Don't expect to get any great deals, but if you're fine with that, the store is a good experienc with good service.

I have been here are few times to buy sports equipment for my sons. Good price variety and I have been helped on a few occasions with finding the right cleats. Clean and organized as well.

One of the first new stores in Holly Springs the new Holly Springs Towne Center shopping center, this Dick's Sporting Goods does not disappoint!

The store is packed full of sporting merchandise and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Excited to have it in my town.

The staff at this DSG is great! Everyone is helpful, friendly and genuinely glad to help customers. There is usually a sale and the selection is good and well-stocked.

Went in to get new grips on 2 golf clubs. Store had the grips in stock and staff did an excellent job. In and out in 15 minutes.

Dicks Sporting goods is already known for customer service, but this particular store goes above and beyond to make sure you are helped out and welcomed.
