Juliana and Abby at Starbucks were so knowledgeable about all the fall drinks. They seemed to genuinely care and enjoy helping customers with their orders. Love seeing young employees enjoy their job!! Juliana was mindful of my dietary restrictions and patiently helped us with all our bougie requests. The iced pumpkin cream chai is our favorite now!! I already want to go back for another one.

Love this store!! Everyone there is so sweet & helpful! I've been going there since the store opened & am on first name basis with several of the employees! Tracey, Lynn, & Kerry in the pharmacy are spectacular!!

We love this store! Our absolute favorite place to find great selection and savings. Just left there. Had a great experience which is why we go there. The gentleman in produce section helped us pick out the perfect years of corn. Very helpful, so friendly. I thought I was going to have to wait in line for a while. The manager came over to cash me out at a different register. It was just, it's always, a fantastic experience.

I ordered a very extra cake from the store and they made it look perfect! So happy for my blobfish-themed birthday!

We all complain about prices everywhere. This store is always clean, associates always available, and management is always on the front line working to keep guests well served. Bonita is one of the hardest workers this store has and is truly and asset.

Love my local Harris Teeter but especially thankful for the great express lane staff. I had a larger order today that was shopped by the nicest lady. She communicated well about out of stock or substitutions, which there were few of and she was so nice and friendly. She carefully loaded our order and made sure fragile items were placed with care. She thanked me for my business 2 or 3 times. Very nice! I will be back frequently.

Their butcher department Rocks! I'd leave 10 stars if I could. I bought some amazing 2" thick steaks. Two employees spent a ton of time sharing how to cook them. The steaks were amazing! A super deal since they were on sale, the meat quality was stellar - fresh, flavorful, and their cooking instructions flawless!

best Harris Teeter around! Amazing and help staff, especially Nick ( I think he's the manager)-I always see him there and he's always friendly and helpful! There is a great and organized selection of fresh produce, meats, and the guy who makes the sushi rolls does a fab job as sushi is always fresh!

Best customer service and best employees anywhere. They go out of their way to help any way they can. If the store gets busy they will have every employee including managers working registers to get you out quickly. If they don't have what you need on a regular basis they will try and carry it for you. If you're looking for a pharmacy this store has again the best pharmacy, John and his team are wonderful. Can't go wrong shopping at this store!!! Bonita is wonderful with anything you need help with, Jennifer in floral will customize or create beautiful bouquets for you.

Just as with my other Harris Teeter reviews, this location leaves nothing to be desired. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I've asked questions and been referred to more knowledgeable employees, but the one I asked always stays with me until I have what I need or someone who can get it for me.

I'm not sure about the hot food options here, I don't usually stop in around those hours. I hit this location in between my house and a couple places a rarely travel to, so it's mostly at night or early morning. The staff is thinner during these hours but still attentive and eager to help.

All the usual amenities, same great service you expect for Harris Teeter!

Best customer service I've received at any grocery store. Miriam was absolutely wonderful on one visit that was extremely urgent. Bonita was also very helpful during another visit. It's people like those two ladies who go above and beyond their regular job description to help others that keep customers like me coming back.

Very nice people and large product selection, well it was. Since new management team took over recently the service has been poor. Had a problem with 2 subs and when went back to the store had to talk to customer service then they had to call the store manager and she just argued why they were soggy and just plain nasty. She argued in front of my son and just total disrespect. now I go to different Harris teeter...horrible

Very clean store with helpful staff. Pretty expensive compared to other area markets that offer the same products.

Convinent spot, friendly staff, and well stocked. Pricer than some other grocery stores, but they have better selection with more healthy options in my opinion. We kind of split our shopping and get specific things from here that we can't find elsewhere. Only complaint is that there is rarely vegetarian sushi available for late night grabs, but that's pretty trivial lol

Shop here often due to convenience. All employees are incredibly friendly. I'm tired though, how Harris teeter changes their prices on items (often).

Best meats anywhere! Beautiful produce. Store is always super clean and well light. Customer service is outstanding!

Nice clean grocery store. Good selection of food, including yummy things already prepared. Friendly staff. No wait at the checkout. I would go there again

Sofia who works in the cashier is the Best !!! She has sweetest personality she is hard worker she is very friendly I always leave Harris with big smile . Keep up the good work !!!!

I can't tell you how wonderful the two managers were to us tonight!! Tony and I think it was Krysteine (I know I spelled that wrong so please get the correct message to her!) went above and BEYOND with fantastic customer service tonight! After a cake was attempted by another store and was "less than the standard", he not only replaced the first cake with a TOP NOTCH cake...he also refunded the money!! The first store had horrible customer service and basically turned our team away! Tony made our graduation ceremony complete! This will not be forgotten and I can guarantee the school will be using the Holly Springs store for future purchases! They also gave you guys a shout out on their website too!!! A big thank you from the Kiddie Academy team!! Great Job and THANK YOU AGAIN!!
