Went in Thursday morning 11/30/23 around 10:30 am. Needed to set up my voice mail on my new phone. MONTY helped me out literally in one minute !! Thanks . Excellent employee !!

Happy to find a local store with a pleasant manager. Came into take advantage of a $5 deal. They helped me set them up all the phones and were wonderful! Helped me in all my technological difficulties. Definitely would recommend this store in Kings Park and will return. Also bought his🔋🔋

Excellent Customer Service. I have to express how awesome Jay & Monte were in explaining the services and different plans. The entire staff was pleasant and I felt welcomed. I got 2 iPhones for free when I switched over from Verizon and they moved over all of our information from the old phones to the new ones. I only recommend this very store to all my close friends and family!

I cannot say enough great things about the customer service I recieved in this store. I went in to purchase a new i phone for my daughter and walked out with an amazing deal on two more i phones and Direct TV. I have to say the deal seemed to good to be true but I was assured by the manager that the price was correct. He gave me his personal cell phone and told me to text him with any questions or problems. I used it often and he never made me feel bad about it. I ran into one problem and he fixed it immediately. I highly recommend this store.

Great location they set up my buieness account with 10 lines and At&t tv in all three rooms of my
Office. Great customer service and amazing response time. Anytime I have any issues I give them a call and they fix the issue remotely. They backed up all my company files onto my hard drive. Best At&t store I have been too. They fixed all the lines the last At&t store charged me for but never delivered. They got me my refund for lines I did not receive.

The service was wonderful. I had to go there twice in one day and each time I have experienced great employees with expertise named Jason and Monty. They should keep up with what they’re doing right now and I hope only the best for them.

Normally I don’t like going into the stores ,I went down because they were the only location I called that actually had the devices in stock that I wanted . I went down ,the gentleman there was efficient & went out of his way to get me more bang for my buck .I was able to get 800$ per device for my old phones and before I walked out he slapped some protection on the phones ! Truly appreciate it ! Highly recommend this location .

My husband and I stopped at the AT&T store on Indian Head Road in Kings Park, NY to look into replacing our iPhones. We were greeted with a professional and welcoming hello by Omar. While we were there Omar, Jay, and Monte were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. The thing that stood out is that all of them worked together so well getting our new iPhones and AT&T Tv equipment ready for us to purchase and at the same time made us feel like we were old friends who will always be welcome there. All three of them handled us and other customers with kindness and answered all our questions as they went over everything we needed to know. They are the Best!!!

Best in town!!! We got our bill lowered and 2 new iPhones. Staff was friendly and gave us HBO free of charge. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Walked in here to get a new line for my mother. The employees were quick to help me out and suggest what was best upon asking about my mother’s cell usage. The staff was amazing and were able to get me in and out with a new phone in less than 20 minutes.

My experience with the staff was great. They were really helpful and very patient with me. I had gone there for an inquiry on upgrading my plan and they explained all that i need to know. I ended upgrading after all.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the store. It was very clean and well kept. The staff was amazing polite and very informative.

Very helpful they did the data transfer from my old to new phone took 40 minutes to so I went and got a haircut came back and my phone was ready for me.
