I was impressed by the level of service at this little T-Mobile store in Poulsbo. Traci & her colleague were friendly, efficient. Frankly the best experience I've had at a cellphone store ! If you're thinking of switching to TMO, it's a good time to do it. I'm already very happy with the extras like free Apple TV & free Netflix!

I was trying to live with a 2017 phone that wasn't remotely ready for a 5G world. I will avoid buying a new phone until my current one is almost a doorstop and I was close to this phenomenon a few days ago. I remember the days when I had to have the latest phone because of...who knows why... manipulative marketing, addiction, a combo plate?

I have been with T-Mobile for around 10 years and am not necessarily a loyal customer, if the service doesn't meet my requirements, I would change in a heartbeat; however, when I do my annual assessment of my various paid services, T-Mobile Cell and now Internet is one of those that wins every year, so far.

My new phone experience 2 days ago, hasn't changed my opinion at all, though when I went to Costco (another go-to service for me), the worker was busy with a customer and took my name and number to contact me while I shopped, until they were ready. I did my monthly shopping which took over an hour, drove home, put all my groceries away (another hour), and then got a phone call that they were ready for me. Lol

The next day I went up to the Olhava T-Mobile Store and what a huge difference! I had a good time getting a new phone (that has NEVER happened in the past). What a great crew they have in that store. The young man who worked with me was relatively new and his co-workers were effortlessly helping him, and therefore I got everything done promptly, with respect, and patience. They helped him seek out the very best plans, saved me some money, actually a lot of money for what I ended up getting, and everything I was sold is what I will use consistently. They demonstrated teamwork, collaboration, customer service skills, and product knowledge. They deserve recognition for their efforts!!

Hannah was amazing. She saved the day after I had struggled with care over the phone. Phenomenal customer service. Very happy with my experience at this store. Strongly recommend.

After a decade with Verizon and their policies growing more draconian, I switched to T-mobile and have never regretted it.

Although I live in a rather rural and densely forested county, my signal is reliable, even in places friends with other carriers struggle to get any.

T-Mobile's customer service has been excellent. It's easy to get in touch with an actual human being and they are always friendly and helpful.

The team at T-Mobile here in poulsbo really went above and beyond. By bundling home internet, cell and work lines they saved me over $100 per month I didn’t realize I was overpaying for. Thank you Hannah, Andrew, Jules and Jake! Great experience in the store. Keep up the good work guys

Went into T mobile today to switch from Verizon, was definitely a good decision. Ashley helped us get new phones and into a new plan that has way more to offer at a way better price...saved us a lot of money! Had some issues with one of the phones later on (Verizon not being helpful), and Ashley and the store manger exhausted all efforts to get the problem resolved! These guys went above and beyond helping us, and I would highly recommend them to anyone! Clean store, friendly employees and excellent customer service!!

Amazing service, patience , kindness and information! Fabiola helped us from the minute we walked in to half an hour after she was supposed to have clocked out, to make sure we understood and were able to work our new phone. Thank you from 2 older not tech savvy people! We appreciate you mire than you know!

This location really goes all in on customer service. Stopped by to add a line to the family account. When we realized the settings in the account needed some adjustment the amazing Fabiola spent the time it took to get it right. No pressure, no hurry, just calm, professional help.

Recently switched from Verizon to T-Mobile went in to the Poulsbo branch T-Mobile and Fabiola and Jules were absolutely amazing a+ and customer service couldn't have done it without them five stars out of five. Highly recommend going into the Poulsbo T-Mobile.

I was having a problem with my phone and Angel fixed it in about 5 minutes and was really pleasant to work with! This after I'd spent 3 frustrating hours with T-Mobile chat and phone support. Skip the remote support and just go to the store! 😀

I was comparing phone plans with the different carriers and found t-mobile to have the best plan for what I needed. I stopped into the Poulsbo store where I was helped by Ashley who was very knowledgeable when answering my questions. Ashley made sure everything was done correctly and working before I left the store. I would highly recommend this store.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. My phone needs are complex because I live/travel outside
of the USA over half of each year. It is essential that my phone uses GSM, the standard for outside of the USA, and be unlocked. My aging iPhone 5 needed replacement. Information I received from two Apple sources was conflicting, so I went to this T-Mobile store and explained my situation and needs, knowing T-Mobile uses GSM. Jacque went above and beyond helping me navigate the world of phone and plan complexities for my situation. A true pleasure to do business here.
