AT&T Store

Jade provided excellent customer service over several days while helping me switch phone carriers. Jade deserved recognition for his willingness to work with me in person and over the phone to help me set up service with ATT. Thanks Jade! Job well done!

Knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful getting three new phones. I appreciate him going the extra mile. I was here several hours and I am so impressed with this young man. I will highly recommend Jade and the AT&T store in Poulsbo to all my friends and family in my day working in customer service we were taught the customer is always right give this young man a raise. He’s so deserves it.

Had wonderful service from Hayden W when upgrading my phone and iPad. Fast and efficient ! However when I got my bill there were some discrepancies in charges. Called 611 and got no help. Went back to the store and Hayden W. Graciously solved the problems. Thank you Haden. Will definitely be back!

This store has been my go-to store for many years. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Been to many other stores and this one is always a standout. Went in recently has was helped by Stephen. So knowledgeable and patient getting us set up with phone transfers. Stephen is a standout. Good job on hiring the best people. You are a lucky employer these days to have someone of his caliber.

The employees at this Poulsbo store are remarkable!
Manager Miguel helped me solve all my phone issues. He is so knowledgeable, thorough and patient.
Another employee, Angel is also a really great person to deal with there.
I feel really lucky to have them there. Every visit to the store has been a productive and happy experience.

One man was working and successfully helped THREE customers at the SAME TIME. Impressive!

Had to go into AT&T in Poulsbo near Olhava. Casey, the young man that helped me was great!! Answered all my questions on my new phone. I didn’t buy it from him. I got it at anther AT&T store, but he took time with me. You don’t always get that kind of support at these places, at least that has been my experience. Casey is great. 😊

The store rep Jade was very helpful and professional. He made the process very easy and he was helpful with all knowledge on upgrading to a new phone. I recommend Jade and this store. I was very satisfied ☺

Went in to the Poulsbo ATT store with a new iPhone that lacked connectivity. I’d been on the phone with Apple Support for hours, and they finally sent me to ATT. The manager, Angel Kee, took my phone, installed a new SIM card, worked on my account, had me back up and running in a manner of minutes. She had a perfect, matter-of-fact “bedside manner.” She even gave me a free piece of candy. Really wonderful service, with a nice personal touch.

Angel was very cheerful and upbeat. She immediately started to assist me when I walked in the door. She was knowledgeable about the products She maintained a conversation throughout the whole process of transferring data from my old phone to the new. And she also informed me of special deals and product information.

The best service I have ever had hands down. Thank you to Tyler and Angel staying after to activate my phone. Also a huge thank you to Angel with all the hard work she put into today calling support for me and on the phone for a while but,Angel and Tyler are definitely the best there is!!!!!!

Angel and Blake were awesome as they guided me through the process of getting a new phone, transferring my data from my old phone, and getting me past the problems I was having with my ID on my online account. If you want superior service and knowledge please come to the store the AT&T store in Poulsbo and visit these guys they helped me bunches!

My wife and I showed up close to closing time with the goal of restoring our cell service and getting phones back online. The store manager Angel was great, she stayed almost an hour past closing time to make sure we had our phones back in working order. Thank you Angel for the help and the outstanding service!

I went to this AT&T store in poulsbo to get an upgrade to a new phone
Angel & Miguel were one of the nicest staff I have encountered this Friday (March 12, 2021)
Angel was able to give me a new smartphone (iPhone 12) with my favorite color and a nice new case and charger.
The phone did have a hiccup and Miguel was able to successfully override the problem.
They went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my service
I had an overwhelming day and just got off work and wasn’t use to a packed parking lot (since this pandemic I have been used to parking in 50% full lots ) and the parking lot in this location is kinda compact. So I was anxious
Yet the duo was chill around me and I gave them gratitude for that.
I love my new phone and I’m using it as I’m writing this review

Holy Cow, Miguel and Angel were so helpful getting my wife's iphone 11 pro set up. Tons of focused help and assistance. They also changed our monthly plan and saved us money. Shop at this store, they will help you out with friendliness and expert help.

Wow, Angel and Stephen are such knowledgeable, helpful and efficient Reps. They are very professional and really put their customers first. They are so courteous and always solve the problems presented by Customers, both on the phone as well as in person. I just can’t say enough good things about them.

Kirsten is the best Customer service representative I’ve ever worked with! I had a problem with FirstNet and spent over eight hours over the course of three days trying to get it fixed. Kirsten was the only one who was able to figure out how to fix the problem - and I had many AT&T representative try to help me, both in person and via phone! It took her over an hour to fix the issue. She was professional and pleasant to work with. She was the only silver lining In the whole experience.

I know ATT isn't known for their great customer service but, Jacob and Miguel always go the extra mile to get the job done. They call back when they promise and make sure they follow up to get the job completed.

Ever think you’d find a partner in your parenting at an AT&T store? Tyler Dean at the poulsbo location might as well have adopted all of my children. In my 10 minute visit at the AT&T store in between cleaning up dog diarrhea and shuttling kids to football games, we invented a penalty phone aka “phoneshment”.

I walked in smelling of left over pho soup and the peanut butter smeared on my lapel stating up front, “I may not be a big sale for you today but I am hoping you can help me be a better parent”. Which also happens to be the same thing I say to the little 17 year old human helping me in the drive thru at TacoTime when placing my order for dinner. I’m sure Tyler, who is the same age as some of my older kids, hasn’t had many moms asking for parenting advice, but he was ready. He assured me he wouldn’t try to sell me anything unnecessary and listened to my story of teenage angst and parenting flubs.

He stayed true to his word and gave me several options. The option I chose did not involve adding a line. In 10 minutes he sold me a $70 flip phone and gained a loyal customer for life. Thank you Tyler for being my coparent. And congrats on all of your bonus kids. They are cuties who are much better behaved now that we have implemented the penalty phone. I’ll contact you when grades come out for more parenting hacks.
