delicious! Tasty ice cream shop with lots of flavors . Mora also has a variety of desserts ( parfait, molten lava cake, parfait, banana split, root beer floats). I am a fan.

I got the stracciatella. The fresh milk flavor with chocolate is a perfect balance. The ice cream here isn't too sweet. The waffle cone tasted fresh!
I also got a sample of the seasonal flavor (pumpkin pie). This place beats salt and straw by a mile!

There were no lines or wait when I went. The place was quiet.

The place is small and has a little bit of indoor seating. There is outdoor seating that is covered but not heated.

There is a parking lot in the area. The parking is free and not timed.

It’s Harlie, Darling!

I did it. I uncovered the secret ice cream lair of Mora Iced Creamery in Poulsbo, WA, and it’s nothing short of pure frozen mischief. Their flavors are like taste bud ninjas, sneaking up on you with flavor punches that’ll make your brain scream, ‘Plot twist!’ Nothing is too sweet. Nothing is too unsweet. Everything is perfect.

I got the hazelnut chocolate ice cream. It was called the Gianduja? I believe. And the Banana Split, which at times is a gamble, but no… not this time. It’s like they crushed real bananas, added caramel drizzle, and shaved chocolate, and said it’s sweet enough.

Chef’s kiss. PERFECTION.

The texture? It’s smoother than a buttered penguin sliding down a glacier, leaving a trail of ice cream joy in its wake. Each bite is a sweet conspiracy that’ll have you questioning why you ever settled for average desserts. Also to add: WHOLE CHUNKS OF HAZELNUT! It truly tasted like Ferraro Rocher Heaven.

But wait, there’s more! Mora doesn’t just serve ice cream; they serve up edible roller coasters of flavor. Their scoops are like adrenaline-fueled thrill rides, defying gravity and reaching towering heights of tastiness. You’ll be screaming, ‘Wheee!’ with every spoonful.

Life’s too short for boring desserts.

We ordered:
Gianduja (hazelnut, chocolate) waffle cone, single scoop. And trust us… the single is enough but damn did it leave you wanting MORE!
Banana Split (banana ice cream, swirled dolce de leche, and chocolate shavings) waffle cone.

Also, don’t just eat it standing there! Keep walking towards the water. Promise it makes it even sweeter. Wowowow.

Every town has their little local ice cream shop, and Poulsbo's Mora Ice Cream is the ideal ice cream shop for downtown area.

Located on the outer skirts of the downtown district of Poulsbo, Mora Ice Cream has plenty of options for people wanting satisfy their ice cream craving. It is less than one block away from nearby attractions, shops, restaurants, parks, and trails. Parking can be a bit difficult as the parking is shared with other aforementioned businesses.

This shop has both traditional ice cream and sorbets options as well as local/original options. Many of the flavors are offered with glutan free and vegan friendly as well! Prices are decent and affordable, be prepared to pay a pretty penny if you decided to order something with all the bells and whistles. Staff is nice and polite - willing to give patrons flavor tastes and answer a plethora of questions.

There is only outdoor dining options as of now. Due to COVID-19, the interior seating has been restricted to keep their employees and other customers safe. Honestly, in my opinion, it is not a big deal since you and your date, family, or friends can walk less than half a block to sit at the Poulsbo waterfront where there are plenty of picnic areas and outdoor seating options.

Overall, this place is a must if you are in or around the downtown Poulsbo area.

Delicious. Single scoop is plenty of ice cream for one person. The two gals running the counter were very patient with everyone crammed into the little shop. They let us try about six flavors until we decided on the two in the pics: blackberry and cheesecake with raspberry jam. Both were great! Will definitely visit again next time we’re on the island.

Cute spot! So many flavors to choose from! And the workers didn't make you feel bad about asking to try so many different ones! My favorite was dolce de Leche in a waffle bowl (side note, they should make the to go experience better for waffle bowls and put them in cups). Otherwise I would definitely go again!

Excellent customer service, fast paced and efficient. Line was out the door when I went so I knew it was good. I typically prefer light flavors so naturally chose a lavender and the Mora (blackberry) after I indulged myself I decided to make this art creation with it. Such a delight. Rich consistency and solid flavor profile. 10/10 would recommend.

Ice cream is a frozen dessert made from milk, cream, and sugar, and Mora Creamery in Bainbridge Island, Washington, is a must-visit destination for anyone who wants to try this delicious treat.

Mora Creamery offers a wide variety of ice cream flavors that are both delicious and unique. The staff is friendly and happy to explain what ice cream is and help you choose a flavor that suits your taste buds.

One of the most popular flavors at Mora Creamery is the "Mora," which is made with blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries. This flavor is fruity and refreshing, with a creamy texture that melts in your mouth.

Another popular flavor is "Chocolate Fudge," which is a rich and decadent flavor made with real cocoa powder and chunks of fudge. The chocolate flavor is deep and satisfying, making it an excellent choice for anyone who loves chocolate.

For those who want something more adventurous, the "Rose Petal" ice cream is a unique flavor that features real rose petals. The ice cream has a delicate floral aroma and taste that is both refreshing and exotic.

At Mora Creamery, you can also try different ice cream desserts, such as sundaes, which are made by adding toppings like hot fudge, whipped cream, and cherries to a scoop of ice cream. The sundaes at Mora Creamery are creative and delicious, with options like "Hot Fudge Sundae" and "Caramel Pecan Sundae."

Overall, Mora Creamery is an excellent place to try ice cream for the first time. The flavors are varied and delicious, and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Mora Iced Creamery is a must-visit if in the area. I visited Poulsbo on a Saturday evening and was happy to find them still open. They have a plethora of flavors and after sampling a couple flavors I went with the seasonal cardamom flavor because it’s one of my favorite spices. The cardamom flavor was spicy yet bright like lemon and it was plainly obvious they used real cardamom in flavoring the ice cream. I hope to visit again or the other locations in the future.

This place was as good as it gets, sadly it has been sold and they are no longer manufacturing their own ice cream. You might still be able to get some Mora ice cream over the next couple days.

Top-notch ice cream that is super flavorful. There are so many different flavors it's hard to estimate how many they had. 30-40? It was hard to choose what I wanted because they all sounded good. Seasonal varieties added to my conundrum. It is a bit pricier than other ice cream places, but you get what you pay for.

Mora is great. Huge selection of ice cream ranging from candy filled kid flavors to more subtle adult flavors all of which are very good. One of the gems of Kitsap peninsula, definitely go there if you're in the area.

Mora's is my favorite place to get a frozen treat. They have the best hand dipped ice cream and sorbet anywhere in Washington state. It's so creamy and delicious!

Great selection and employees at Mora. Ice cream tastes very freshly made and is refreshing on a hot or cold day. My favorites were the raspberry and pineapple sorbets, they put bits of real fruit in with the smooth scoops.

The ice cream is quite good. Their sherbet was delicious! The store was nice and the ice cream selection is very large. The staff were great, very helpful finding out for me when their seasonal ginger ice cream will be back. I can't wait to visit here again.
