Nate was amazing!! I was having a calamitous day— big time technical difficulties and he got the ball rolling as soon as I walked into the store. He provided immediate support and got me hooked up with everything I needed. He also helped me utilize current promotions so I ended up getting a much better deal than I anticipated when I updated some gear. Great experience!

Went into this Verizon store having an issue with my phone. Nate helped me out and I cannot say enough how great working with him was. I would highly recommend this store particularly working with Nate to anyone. He definitely did more than necessary to help me. I do not usually leave reviews good or bad but his assistance was more than I expected and a better experience interacting with any store associate I have had in years. This 5 star review is 100% because of how helpful Nate was. Go there and work with Nate for your Verizon needs, even if you live in Seattle! The ferry and drive would be worth going to this store in my opinion.

My spouse visited the Poulsbo store due to issues with his android phone. Vickie was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough in troubleshooting the problem. We will definitely visit this location again if needing in person assistance.

I was not happy about using
My lunch to go Into the store. Past experience at other stores is wait for ever and get little help. This store was amazing! Everyone greeted me, my customer service guy was patient, helpful and thorough giving me added service to make sure the cords I was purchasing worked and figured out for the why the ones I bought from Amazon didn’t work. He had my issues solved in 15 minutes. I will only use this store for my electronic devices from now going forward. Thank you!!

Upgraded my phone, Nate answered all my questions and it was a very positive experience.

I was very sceptacle going into the store because of the recent experiences I had getting my phone back on line. Both Vicki and Nate were awesome. Bother very polite and helpful. She was able to take care of me right away unlike everywhere else I went.

Shane was so professional, very nice and very helpful. This was a fun experience which is usually a pain. What a great person and employee. Verizon is lucky to have him.

I had not been in this store for years & stopped in yesterday, 7/21, as I had purchased a new phone from Verizon & needed a little help with it. The gentleman behind the counter, Nate, was there by himself & helping a lady. He acknowledged me when I came in & said he would be with me as soon as possible. This is something that Victra could learn from. It has been my experience that most of their stores have employees who are busy with customers when I walk in. They never look up when a person enters & they never acknowledge a customers presence until after they have finished with their customer. This is insulting. The first rule of any successful business should be to greet customers when they walk in, it doesn't matter how busy you are or what you are doing. Then you should thank them for coming in when they leave, even if they haven't purchased anything. I explained this to Nate (I had never met him) & complimented him on his demeanor & for being very helpful & very knowledgeable. You need more employees like him.

Best customer service I’ve received at a Verizon store.

Shane was excellent in helping me with a problem of a cracked protective screen on my phone. He carefully listened to my explanation, asked a couple clarifying questions and then explained a few options to address my needs.
I chose one and he proceeded to remove the damaged one, clean up my phone and folio and affix the new screen. He was very helpful, professional and polite.
