Naomi was VERY helpful with getting my certified mail out.I was very stressed out and made errors with this particular piece of mail.I can't figure out the bar code paper they left me with but I can say Naomi is truly a class act. I hope she never leaves this post office. Also, the Postmaster Ms. Carol*** is an awesome lady as well.

I drop off packages here probably 4 to 5 times a week. The service is always great. Even when the line is long it moves quickly. I rarely wait more than five minutes, including during the lunch hour. Postal clerks are always nice.

I genuinely don’t understand why this post office has such bad reviews. I’ve lived all over the country and it’s like every other post office. But what I have noticed is that every time I go in to drop off a package, some Karen is yelling at the clerk for something they have no control over (like USPS website issues, package delays in transit, etc). Today someone was getting upset because the only clerk working left the counter to retrieve someone’s package. What’s with the entitlement?

Christine was professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. Even with the crazy holiday season a smile was provided to every customer!

This has been my post office for five years. They have always been exceptionally courteous and I have had no issues. Until today. I had a USPS package with tracking that said it had been delivered, but it hadn’t. I went in to the post office to ask and was passed to a supervisor. She made no excuses or claims, said that they would all look, and told me to follow up with her if I didn’t have the package the following day. About 2 hours after I got home, a postal truck arrived with my package. I believe it was sent just to deliver this package since another truck came later in the day to deliver the street’s mail. Great service!

I have had too positive experiences in last month. One was a purchase I made via PayPal that I believed after the fact to be a scam. They provided me with enough information to see that the seller if shipped at all sent to wrong address. I was refunded.

This week I got stuck in the snow with my car and the postal worker gave me some of their rock salt so I could get enough traction to get out. He did not need to do this for me. Very thankful!

The people are always helpful and friendly. I’ve never had an issue with them. There have been times where I was missing a package and they would go out of their way to help me locate it.

I have had lots of great experiences with the Poulsbo post office and the carriers. I do occasionally get a miss-delivery but we cant expect perfection, They are only human. My carrier goes above and beyond her normal duties. She writes us a couple times a year to update us on changes that need to be done. Such as improving a box or raising it to requirements or even to let us know to watch for children and not to let them run up to the truck. She has even checked on our elderly neighbor if the mail is not picked up. Would UPS or Fed EX do that? I am so grateful for her help throughout the year that once in a while I will leave her a cold bottle of water on a hot day or a little snack when I see her later than usual. That usually means she has more mail than regular days. I hope we never loose our carrier, Carol

Every time I've been in there, I've never had a problem. I have a PO box there as well with no issues. There is a new woman there who is pretty gruff but as long as I go in there with a good attitude.......

It's a fairly small Post Office and this town is expanding rapidly and there are a lot of rural areas and new builds all at the same time. There's going to be some growing pains.

Though I've previously had negative experiences with the USPS, I feel that they've been doing amazing during the COVID-19 pandemic. They've been working everyday to get us the things we've ordered in a fast and efficient manner. It's really been appreciated.

We've moved our mailbox a few feet up the road and that seems to help everyone out a lot. Plus, it's easier to watch for mail thieves.

The assistance there was great this month. Shannon and Michelle were helpful to facilitate a forward on time and held mail at General Delivery including a FedEx package with no issues, that is quite rare.

With so many new people moving to the area, myself included, it is my belief the POST OFFICE needs a larger building and more postal personnel. They are working hard to provide the best they can in an outgrown facility.

Very friendly staff. Helpful and knowledgeable. Things can get busy at certain times of year (like any Post Office) The staff here are doing a great job.

I actually love them. They have a tough job and they all deserve better reviews. Especially, Zara… that woman is pure gold.
