Today was my first time participating in triple star day and it did not disappoint!! I called ahead to make sure I qualified on the app, and confirm the gift card rules etc. the staff member was very kind over the phone even though I’m sure it was a very busy day. She made sure to also mention 50% off merchandise which I didn’t know from the app. Huge plus as I was thinking to get a holiday gift in the coming weeks..

When I came in my order was already ready and waiting for me at the counter (I had never done order ahead at this location either, only drive-up). The store was very clean and the staff members guided me without prompt to where to find the things I needed to eat and drink inside. They also asked if I was the one who called earlier deducting from the quick conversation I had. They remembered me! I clearly was new to this location and to the promotion haha.

While shopping, I had some questions about the cups and lids and the employees figured out how to handle them professionally. I have to say the top shelf here is very high! There was a slight delay in scanning one of the cups at the register/receiving the 50% off but they went above and beyond to resolve it very quickly for me.

My food and beverages were made to my customizations and were tasty. They only thing I would have requested was for my frap to get an extra wipe, my hands ended up a little chocolaty.. I opted to try a refresher with vanilla pumps today instead of the pink drink version w/ coconut milk. Personal preference but I think I’ll skip the extra $0.80 for this add on in the future but it was nice to try.

I earned so many extra stars today, and eagerly reminded my friends to stop in to take advantage. I’ve generally always had good service from this company, but today was a real treat. Thank you Olhava Way Starbucks, keep up the great customer service.

Also, quick shout out to Poulsbo Police! While I was waiting to write this review in the parking lot (it’s December dark and foggy outside) a patrol officer drove by the front of the building and sat for a few second to make sure the staff inside saw him! They all waved at each other through the storefront glass wall and he went on his way. What a cool safety check, and something you don’t normally see.

This place is always great! Each person always greets you with a hello and a smile! I get my grande nitro brew with sweet cream and caramel like clockwork at least 3 times per week. I highly recommend this location to anyone!!

I have been traveling across the country and this is the best nicest friendliest SB I’ve been to in at least 7 states. The employees here are fantastic, the service is fast, the store is clean, and the music is not too loud. There is plenty of seating too. 10/10.

My co worker and i went here every morning for 2 weeks same time. And the ladies always knew our order the moment they heard our voice lol they are amazing and never once messed up our drinks. They were always so friendly and made good conversation. My favorite starbucks by far!

Best Starbucks in Kitsap by far. The baristas at this location are always so friendly and efficient. You can tell that they actually care about their customers, which isn’t something you see in most Starbucks. Great place to get a delicious coffee on the go or relax in the cafe and work. Brandi, the general manager, has done an amazing job with this store over the last year.

Edit: The new hire, Pam, is phenomenal. You can’t help but be in a positive mood after talking with her. She takes the time to genuinely talk to everyone while also keeping the line moving.

One of the best Starbucks that I’ve been to. Super friendly staff, clean, and they always make my drink right.

I regularly bring my grandma. She has dementia and Starbucks is still something she looks forward to. All the baristas I’ve encountered here are extremely patient and kind with her, which isn’t the experience we’ve had at other locations. Brandy always makes it a point to greet my grandma by name and welcome her back each visit, which truly makes my grandma feel welcome and comfortable. It’s rare that my grandma has a place outside of her home where she doesn’t seem confused to some degree, so coming here is a treat for both of us.

To the staff: From the bottom of my heart, Thank you. There are customers that appreciate everything you do because you make a difference in their lives.

Service was quick, efficient and friendly. Ordered a Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino and they did not disappoint on the extra caramel.

Starbucks is always a great experience. And this location is no exception. Super clean, great music, and really funny personable staff members. I wanted to try something new and 3 different baristas told me their favorite drinks and suggested a few things I didn't even know about. They also helped me get a few gift cards set up and helped me establish my very own card. And I was able to pick up some other gifts for a couple of family members for up coming birthdays. Keep it up guys. Your funny personalities and welcoming spirit keeps me coming back here!

This is my favorite Starbucks of all the ones I have been to, even out of town ones. The staff here is so friendly. If I am having a bad day and want to punch everyone in the face from being around my kids all day I drive from Silverdale just to go to this Starbucks because their kindness turns my day around. They also always make my drink super yummy every time. They are quick too, no one was in front of me and my drink was ready by the time I drove from the order station to the pick up window.

A small town Starbucks. The food is standard for Starbucks but the baristas are friendly. I go in often with my service pup to get a coffee and a pup cup. My pup loves it too.

I go here pretty frequently in the mornings before work and I have never had an issue with anything about this Starbucks! Definitely used to the wait (it’s the mornings before 7am, what do you expect) and the staff are so sweet! All the baristas are super personable and charismatic. The drinks are fantastic and definitely a great place to go in the mornings.

I come here nearly everyday I work for just an iced chai and maybe a bakery item. Always very fast and efficient. Today they happened to be out of a food item and were very rushed. After the rush had settled they noticed I was standing around and asked if I was being helped, the lovely lady behind the counter (I believe her name is Emma) informed me they had run out of the bakery item. I asked for a refund and sadly didn't have my card on me so they gave me the refund in cash, very quickly. I was presented with other options to choose from, which was very kind. I have social anxiety and didn't ask right away about the item so it was very kind of them to ask me and then inform about the absence. All deliveries have been an issue for a while so hopefully everyone is kind to the people doing their best at this coffee shop.

Great folks helping with the Starbuck mug wrapping😞 laughter makes it all better. The crew working this evening was inviting and social. A rarity in this State of WA!!

This is a well managed establishment. I walked in and was helped by a very nice young man by the name of Ian, and ordered a drink. It was a little hectic so i expect a wait--but it started to be that people coming in after I've been there were getting their orders and I was still waiting. I walked back up to the counter just to ask about my order, and before prompting, Ian remembered my order and quickly jumped to see what was going on. He even refunded my order for the wait. Within the next few minutes, I had my order. Very nice staff, and very great ethic. Definitely recommend this store!

Love this place. Everytime I'm there I have never had a bad experience. The people are so nice and actually happy to serve you. Some Starbucks they seem to have an attitude if you request even a pour over like its inconvenient to them and this ruins my experience there and doesn't make me want to go back to that particular store. I have never had a bad experience in this store always great and always my coffee has been super. Right to what I asked and liking as I am a big coffee drinker and very particular. Thank you everyone that works there for making my day a little brighter.

Drive-thru is always fast whether it is one car or 8 cars deep. I have never spent more than 11 minutes waiting at this particular Starbucks for the volume of business they always get here. The bistros are so nice & personable. I never felt pushed thru by getting my payment, then shoving my order at me practically all at once. They totally get that if you have more than a drink, you need a sec to put the first item down to reach for anything else. I really like this Starbucks. I have only been inside twice. It was always slow when I went in. So very fast and pleasant atmosphere as Starbucks is known for usually having at their coffee shops. 5 stars to this one!!
