Amir was the biggest help!! Helped us with our camera equipment and a new Ps5! Great salesman, friendly service. If I could give 6 stars I would.

I stopped by this Best Buy location on my way back home from work to look for a CR123 battery. They of course only had the multi pack instead of the single battery so I decided not to get it. The store looks very organize and I only interact with the person watching the entrance and exit sign. He was polite and greeted me when I walked inside. The battery was easy to find if you just look at the signs since they label each area. There a lot of parking here so there'll never be an issue unless on like Black Friday.

I found one of the items I was looking for in one store, and a young lady at the register helped me locate a store nearby that had the other item. Every employee I interacted with was cordial and helpful in both locations.

I shop at the Best Buy in Porter Ranch. I want to give Amir the highest score for his friendliness and professionalism. He really takes care of business and is a real asset to the Best Buy organization. I wish I could give him a lot more than five stars. Thank you Amir!

Amir and other staff were very helpful when my grandson thought he listened to his phone,Amir said (he was w a customer) “hold on & i will help you find it” so nice,so helpful, i was pleasantly impressed & surprised. thank you Amir & all staff u guys are the BEST

Sam Soltan from Geek squad was freaking awesome! He helped us update our Pc for my little buddy and it was an amazing deal he picked out all the perfect parts to upgrade our Pc! He is the bomb great customer service. Go to him and ask for him! He knows what’s up!

I found out this restaurant by this scammer who hired me to privately drive him around.
And was supposed to hired by his parents, it's a very long story
I too k the job and suposively the parents I was dealing with are supposed to pay me..
But didn't, and I also purchased stuff for him like food things he needed.... but coming to find out I was scammed.

But I thanked him for letting me know about this restaurant...

I tells you what 70" Samsung for about $500 and some change. So (Clap clap) come Now girls drop some spend or ef it open a new line of credit. Why tho?seriously you asking why tho? Bee cause let's be honest its 2023 for a few more hrs and that ther right there is waay better than the neighbors muhahaaaa

The staff at this location couldn't be friendlier and helpful. I'm lucky they are near my home as I'm always looking for the latest gadgets

I don't follow tech so much anymore, so I rely heavily on the knowledge and advice of the Best Buy associates.
They provide a service you can not get online.
Every purchase I make is recommended by them to my complete satisfaction.

It was a pleasant experience. Visited the Burbank store for a simple product exchange and was directed Porter Ranch location where the item was in stock. Service was quick and easy. I trust it works out the same for others. I would also strongly recommend that customers go along with an in store product warranty plan as it surely does benefit particularly when it comes to electronics!

I love Bestbuy and hope they stay in business. The Northridge store is very nice although there are some missing items on the shelves in the Apple section. They always have deals and I love the total tech support well worth the annual fee it payed for itself in the time I have purchased it. Also they are always very polite and very knowledgeable.

Love this place, staff is always very friendly and helpful. I ordered online and was notified within the hour that my order was ready for pickup. Got an open box laptop charger for 50% off retail!

Good place to look for DVD movies besides Amazon

I walked in a couple days ago to look for a 4k tv, I was greeted in the front by Christian and had no idea what i was looking for or the direction i was going to since it was my first time at this store. He walked me down and explained to me the differences in each brand and helped me pick the best one for me and my family!

Went in to purchase car stereo and car alarm and to get it installed. Eric, help us out. Got a schedule at another location at a much earlier time. Eric was very knowledgeable he went above and beyond for us and got us in and out quickly even with our two kids sitting there unpatiently. 🤗

Good service, excellent food. They mow have pho for 2 qhi h is perfect for those who want the great pho that you cam eat just enough, not too much.
