JOY!!! She and her staff are efficient and fast! Joy can multitask and get you out of there in less than an hour. She may move too fast for some customers but I am very pleased with my quick and swift service.

The young lady was very helpful and willing to answer all my questions, she resolved the problem!

Called this morning inquiring about getting the new IPhone. Joy answered and with in 10 minutes I was in the store getting my new phone. This was bay far the best phone purchasing experience I’ve ever had. She was attentive and friendly and very knowledgeable. She had me in and out in no time while simultaneously helping other customers. I’ll be back again because of this experience!

I was amazed from Ruzanas service! I bought 4 phones from her on March 9th and I was shocked from her service! I usually go to the other location, at tampa street by the Costco and their customer service is not the best, but this particular location I was amazed how professional she was. She took care of us like a family. I highly recommend people to see her for your phone service. To be very honest I wasn’t thinking that I was going to stay with AT&T but because of her great service I did get new phones for my family members. Great job Ruzana! Thanks much!

This store is very clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. If you’re looking for someone to take care of you and give you a great deal then Bobby is your guy! Not only was he patient but he knew what he was talking about and was able to answer all my questions. This is my new go to store from now on thanks to Bobby!

First of all right when i walked in i felt very welcome and the atmosphere was amazing. I was immediately greeted by bobby b and what amazing energy he has. He did everything amazing and really is helpful, he listened to my concerns, he helped me save money on my bill, and i also left with an additional line and some accessories. Hands down an amazing employee.

Went in to upgrade my S9+ for an S22 Ultra and Bobby the store manager helped me out. He was very patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to look for further discounts on the plan as I ended up lowering my bill in the process. No wait, no pressure, and much better than my last purchase at a Best Buy where I waited forever and kept trying to upsell. I'll be going to AT&T direct for all purchases.

The customer service and friendly response of the team there is phenomenal. They made me feel welcome and answered all my questions and concerns with knowledge and professionalism. The new store manager Joy is wonderful and super sweet 10 out of 10 👍🏾👍🏾

I came in the store last Sunday to upgrade my phone lines and get my kids new phones for Christmas. I was helped by a gentleman who was amazing. My transaction was slightly complicated because each of my kids wanted a different phone and we needed to make sure the data plans were appropriate for their usage. The person helping me out, I believe his name was Rob he had a close cut, took the time to explain every step he was taking while changing my plans and getting the new phones activated. He was also multitasking and answering questions any new customers had as he was the only person working. Thank you Rob for the excellent customer service, good luck in the army!

Paid a visit to my local ATT store this afternoon to switch from sprint and had the absolute pleasure of meeting Ray the Unaging Man (even after seeing a picture of his grandkid, I still don’t believe he’s old enough to even drive). He made the process super painless and even entertaining! Took all of 10 minutes to be in and out of the store with 0 complications. Thanks Ray!

Amazing customer service, I was able to walk in and ask any of the workers for help with my plan since we needed to switch over to a family plan. They helped us out and then some I could not thank them enough

We have been going to this store for a couple of years and have always gotten fantastic service. This weekend David really went above and beyond. He helped me get a new phone set up on Saturday, and then when I could not get it synced with my iPad he helped me again on Sunday to get that done. Really appreciate the outstanding service at this location!

Just left this store and Raul was such a major help. Very friend and knowledgeable and solved my friends IPhone issue in less than 5 minutes. Raul provided great customer service!

Came in for a quote and ended up leaving with a NEW iPhone 13 pro max after a few months now I can say I’m happy with my phone and the service thank you to Alex the store manager for helping me out I will recommend coming here!

Came in for a billing issue very upset however, the store manager Paul was very helpful. He helped me with my concerns and went out of his way to help me out. Ever since I have been coming to this location continued service. Such a great staff and store. I recommend this store for all your wireless and TV needs.
