One of the best 711s I've ever encountered. Everything is pretty much brand new and well kept, which is great. The customer service though is light years ahead of other convenience/liquor stores. They even offer red chili flakes and parmesan cheese packets with whole pizzas.

I drove 50 miles to porter ranch to dine with a friend and we ended up getting hot munchies and two slices of pizza. Girl that worked there (Jasmine) heated up a whole new pizza for me. Best Pizza in Town!!!

My only complaint is that this location is closed from 2am to 4am. Unfortunately I drive past this store on my way to work every morning at 3am. It would more classify as a "convenience store" if it wasn't closed when I need to go there. The hours on Google maps aren't correct either.

Everything that I need is close to where I live which is Porter Ranch. I am glad there's a 7-11 close by for me to do my lotto ticket errands, scratchers, and the occasional drinks and snacks, this 7-11 is ok. Just ok?? Yes, just ok. Theres one guy who made fun of me because I am a big guy... so I try to avoid him at all costs. He's indian btw. nothing against indians, but he makes you want to make fun of him bc he makes fun of me.

The store is good, it is clean, and selection of fruits is great, but there are so many homeless people around.

Every employee at every 7-11 has been guilty of horrible cust serv. They're always a ys on the phone (earpods). In fact I've had to stand there while the employees finish there conversations. Or they talk while ringing us out. Very unprofessional. And I've seen 2 workers on shift and when it gets busy they keep doin light clean up work instead of helping a customer. O yeah then ur employee used my points when I said I didn't want to. B.s. get better help

I went into the Porter Ranch location on 11/9/22 at around 1:00 pm in the afternoon. The woman working was very rude. The woman treated me poorly with her nasty attitude and worst customer service I have experienced in years. In addition to her poor customer service she refused to accept some of my loose change combined with the paper cash. The woman then snatched the items from the counter and began helping other customers in the store. I said I would pay with all paper cash, she ignored me and continued helping other customers. I was stern in letting know I was the customer who was to be waited on and other customers agreed and stepped aside until she returned to help me. When returning back to help me she didn’t bring all the items back to the register I was standing at. When I mentioned the missing item she through the same item on the counter at me in a different color. I then said can you bring the item to the register I picked out because I would like to purchase the item in black and didn’t wish to purchase it in orange. She then wanted to argue with me over that. I don’t think that I will be returning back to that location. The woman surely needs to work some weekend afternoons with the man who works on Saturday as he has great customer service skills.in treating me poorly and not providing

Closed for "safety" like dude nice area of town and can't buy anything at like 1 am. Thanks for not being 24/7 what's the difference between 1am and 4 am?

Most rudess worker at 711 I have ever met ask what type of coffee something was she was like its coffee I will never come back to this 711 again the worker are messing up the name feel maybe there not getting paid enough another customer said she always rude wow something needs to be done or this 711 will not last with such rude workers I've work customer service for about 14 years never was that rude
