Ace Hardware of Porter Ranch

12/30/2023 Bought two poinsettia for the holiday season. It looks beautiful.

08/2023 Visited a newly opened ACE Hardware of Porter Ranch and immediately bought a 3-piece Infnty Mosaic Bistro. The store is so clean, and staffers are friendly.

Love this brand new hardware store. Great selection of tools and supplies. I specifically like the fact that when I’m coming on the 118 freeway, it only takes me two minutes from the moment I get off on the Porter Ranch Drive exit until I park my car right in front of the store. In and out literally!!!

Thank you, Rene, for exceptional Customer Service today. I had walked in and gotten pretty far into the store- I had tunnel vision so don’t think I heard one of the folks at the front ask me if I they could help me find anything. I overheard you tell a coworker something to the effect of “It’s NEVER TOO LATE to greet a customer” and made it a point to come over and check on me.

I would not be surprised if a customer tries to poach you for your service level!

An amazing neighborhood store that’s a blessing for those living in Porter Ranch. Prices are on par with Lowe’s and Home Depot. And as usual, Ace has an amazing customer service compared to any other big box stores.

Very friendly staff, helpful and excellent customer service. Also I got the opportunity to meet a one wonderful staff name Jaime. I have a good conversation with him about ideas and other stuffs.

We bought our Gozney pizza oven there. It had to be ordered they do carry some hobbyist smaller pizza ovens in stock but the Gozney is a bit cut above those it’s an actual pizza oven. So if your serious about your back yard pizza go with Gozney and do to Ace haedware.

I think I’m the first person to post anything about this new Ace Hardware Location. So here it goes . It’s a very nice store , with tons of selections . I already like this store because they carry all the good brands of tools , vs Lowe’s and Home Depot who only carrying limited brands . The staff was very helpful and attentive . Bob in the key making area was a great help when it came to all my questions about the new location. And it Looks like I will be a regular in there ..😃👍

I want to give a Shout Out to Jose in the paint department. I had purchased some paint with color added, and unfortunately the guy that helped me the first time didn’t print out the color or give me back the little paint card , So Jose had to help me match the color and, it took two times to get it but Jose was Great , he figured it out Thank You . My Cabinets came out great 😊

After trying home depot and lowes, with NO HELP, I decided to try Ace. Which I didn't even know was still in business..I explained what I was trying to make and not only did the employee help me, he ran all over th e store to find exactly what I needed. ACE IS MY PLACE GOING FORWARD !

Great staff, "everything I need they got it"

Massive hardware store. All the fasteners you could imagine. Unusual plumbing fittings, pipes, and everything else a hardware store should have.
