Nordstrom Rack

My fiancée and I stopped by here while waiting for our reservation at the restaurant in the same plaza. The place is organized nicely and my fiancée got a tennis shoe she liked. I don't know if mask is required inside but there is someone standing at the entrance I guess to check. Every employee wore a mask and every other customer we saw had their mask on too. The checkout process was very easy since the line wasn't long. We parked near the Whole Food area because parking next to Nordstrom was all filled up.

I had a huge dilema with my return yesterday. I was sad & disappointed I had lost an expensive item inside my returned bag. Carrie the manager went above and beyond to help me & she was able to locate the merchandise I accidentally left in my return.
Thank you Carrie for excellent customer service & mostly for finding my expensive item!

It was my first time visit at the new shopping establishment. I've only shopped at Nordstrom Rack a couple times before but I like that they have some pretty good deals.
So I decided to check it out. I was in need of a last minute gift and knew I would find that item of clothing there. There's was a security guard at the entrance but he seemed more friendly than intimidating. When you first walk in there's toys, probably to get the little kids' attention, a clever tactic. I looked around to find the women's section, the signs were helpful. I checked out the shoes and their selection is limited but unique as well. There were some cute Vans and Sperry shoes. And the Nikes were at a great price. I didn't find anything I particularly liked but there was some potential, maybe in clearance. Next I went to find the underwear I needed to buy and it was a bit frustrating how disorganized the underwears were but that's understandable. The pair I finally found was pricey but I was already out of time to keep looking. Then picked up a few shirts that were on clearance. Limited clearance selection but worth a look.
I went on a Wednesday around 5PM and it was quiet and peaceful, the cashier was friendly and signed me up for the rewards program. I will definitely be going back when I have more time. Pic is the shirts I got.

Had to wait a couple of hours! to get into the restaurant next door so what better way to spend two hours than shopping lol

This is a well stocked, well managed store. Long checkout lines move quickly and staff, although hard to locate at times, were professional and courteous

Great salads and sandwichez They bake their bread,yummy fresh baked cookies. Friendly staff. Nice outside seating too.

This location is just as big and nice as the one in Woodland Hills, but closer. The staff was much more interactive and friendly as well. Not to mention it is in the new shopping center, you can definitely spend the day at the center and enjoy shopping here.

After visiting numerous stores looking for size 13-14 sandals. I stumbled upon this location and ended up finding a pair of black Flojos and black Nike sandals size 14 at a discounted prize that brought a smile to my face. Glad I found this place and next time I happen to be in this area, I will make it a strong point of visiting this place. Thank you Nordstrom Rack....😊🤙

The person helping me at the pickup counter was very courteous and helpful. She took extra time to find what I was looking for. Plenty of parking and the store is well stocked and clean.

Great store with amazing products

LOVE the selection! Well organized and thoughtfully put together. Store is easy to get around, unlike most designer discount chains where the racks are crammed so tight that you spend most of the excursion saying excuse me rather then treasure finding. Nordstrom Rack never disappoints, the prices are out of this world low and the labels are top notch.

Have been patiently waiting for this plaza to be finished so far it looks beautiful! Can't wait for the Peet's Coffee to be finished.
***Went into Nordstrom Rack yesterday afternoon and let me tell you everything is nice and organized! Very trendy pieces and at affordable prices! The Employees are so friendly and very sweet! I love to see diversity in there, overall a great experience while shopping, I will definitely be going back again! :)

Store looks great! On a Saturday around 4:30pm there was zero parking available. The whole area was jam packed with people.

Love this location, the manager a tall latina woman, is always helpful and the staff is as well. Always super friendly, and consistent speed at checkout line. I drop in whenever I have some free time and extra money to spend!

This is my 1st time at this Porter ranch store it's very nice very clean and the staff is outstanding they go out of their way to assist you they speak to you make sure you're taken care of I will certainly be back to shop here again
