I've always had a good experience at this location so I'm wondering what's up with the comments, I just have a good day and the day has a good me.

I named myself the "Queen of CVS "( my family and I have been loyal customers for over 40 years ) . I am very pleased to share that my experiences at the CVS location at 1455 Moreland Avenue, Atlanta ,GA 30316 have always been very positive . My visit on
July 23,2023 was extra special .The moment I walked in the door , NICOLE ,the store manager warmly greeted me . She was busy unpacking /arranging inventory. Next, she took a great amount of time price checking items for me. And then , Nicole assisted me in reactivating my "CAREPASS ". She updated my payment and identification information . Then Nicole ,assisted me in redeeming my coupons and pointing out a special deal on perfume . Nicole is the epitome of an outstanding supervisor . She leads by EXAMPLE !! KUDOS TO CVS FOR EMPLOYING NICOLE !!
I realize this review is very lengthy ; however, I must give a big shoutout to JOINYA . She demonstrates that she pays close attention to the training that Nicole provides. On one of my previous visits to the location, Joinya was extremely ,helpful, patient ,kind, courteous ,and professional to me !
I highly recommend this CVS location !

I visited today and wandered around the store talking on the phone with my future sister-in-law because she just got an amazing job offer in Colorado but my dummy brother told her he didn't want to move because he's comfortable in Athens and moving sounds hard (yikes, drama, I know). I needed Aquaphor for my fresh tattoo and also candy and chips... because I don't know how to enter a CVS without buying snacks haha. Anyways I checked out on the phone in the rudest way possible because I realized I can't walk around in circles in an enclosed public place for over 20 minutes potentially spreading a virus or something but also I couldn't hang up the phone with upset sis ~ The man who called me over to check out was super nice and complimented my mask (It's from sockfancy and I highly recommend it!!). Just like to thank the staff for being patient with me being on the phone while checking out! Y'all are the best and hopefully I was the worst customer you had to deal with today 😂

Excellent customer service. My RX was on back order, but Valarie, the pharmacist did not accept that answer. She took the time to make me a priority and called other cvs stores and the vendor to get my RX filled. Within 10 minutes, Valerie Found another CVS to fill my medication. It will be ready in 30 minutes. It's customer service like this that I appreciate. Thank you Valerie for you persistence!!!!!

I came in looking to get cash back on a small purchase but I left with a smile. Corny as that sounds, Symone (the manager) really brings a light to this establishment.

I walked in and heard laughter, which I initially mocked because that's the kind of person I am. I walked around looking for nothing and surprise--I couldnt find it. Eventually I figure out "the what" and go to the counter to seek assistance. Symone guides me but we don't find what I am looking for. But I can hear her with other customers; she is accommodating, she is thoughtful, she is personable. She laughs and makes others smile.

Mind you, this is all in the span of about 6 min, so efficiency is also on that list of skills she possesses. Eventually, I go to the counter and I am complicated. I forget things, fumble the "cash back" processes (a couple of times) but she stayed present and worked with me.

She makes an impression, I am glad I was her customer.

We have been using this store almost from the time we moved here 3 years ago. It has a nice, courteous staff. It almost feels like we are all friends. Today’s service by Shakiria was another of those nice experiences

The ladies in the pharmacy are always prompt and courteous. I've never had an issue with my medications being wrong.

This CVS location is so neat and organized it always smells good and I can always find what I need when I walk in to the store all of the associates are nice and very helpful I have an account with the management team yet I’m sure if employees are amazing they have to be just as amazing as a management team

I went to the CVS minute clinic for a Covid test on 6/2/20. The woman who assisted me was beyond friendly, helpful and competent. Thank you!

Great little spot! I tried looking for the items I usually try to find but no luck, but they do have public restrooms so it was a stop before all my other stops lol

I have only had great experiences both in store and at the pharmacy.

The guy who works in the evening he has blonde hair is so patient and polite he always makes my day and very helpful

AWESOME PLACE NICE PROFESSIONAL STAFF EVERY EXPERIENCE IS A GREAT ONE FOR FOR ALMOST THREE YEARS
