AT&T Store

Came in hoping to get off my parents' phone plan - Jamall helped me figure out that that would be more expensive, but he also helped get my parents a lower overall monthly rate. So not the win I wanted, but a win nonetheless! Jamall even took the time to speak with my parents on the phone to explain the changes. Thanks for the help!

We were in today for phone issues and we had Lekea to help us and she was amazing very insightful and efficient

Came in today to add my partner to my phone plan and trade in their old device for a new one. Jamall assisted us and Jevonie assisted him in the process. They were both so helpful with us especially since we were moving my partner’s phone number from a different network. They were great at their jobs and did ask us about upgrades/different plans but neither did so in a way that was pushy or egregious. They even explained to us some ways we could save on our plans in the future, which we didn’t take them up on today but were genuinely grateful for the pointers! The whole process was easy as can be, especially for something like this which can be so annoying and difficult. Highly recommend this store and thank you to Jamall and Jevonie!

JeVonie went above and beyond to help me upgrade my phone. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helped me better organize the lines on my plan so we weren't charged unnecessarily.

My phone transferring over took much longer than expected and he was very patient even though we went past closing time. Thank you for your help! 100% recommend

Went today w my sons and purchased 4 iPhones. The representative Jevonie was very nice showed great customer service also knowing everything about the products that were being bought and was very direct in a professional manner . I would recommend this location to any and everyone the vibe definitely was at this location.

Jevonie helped me get a new phone set up and got me quoted on a family plan. The process ended up taking about 2 hours since the phone needed an update. The employees were very personable and helped the time go by. A problem arose at the end of it all, it was a weird situation both AT&T and myself. They kept the customer in mind fixed the issue. Customer service was very profesional, above and beyond. This is why I stick with AT&T. I even noticed them helping other customers, all leaving satisfied.

Manager Josh was excellent to work with. He helped us get completely set up, was patient and knowledgeable and even stayed after hours to finish up our situation. Will gladly return to this location in the future!

Seth was amazing! Professional and personable and he really knows his job. Went in to get a new phone and it was the first time in a long time that I received such exceptional service. I'm glad I chose that location as my experiences at the corporate store on Port Washington was not satisfactory at best. Thanks Seth!

Best experience I've had at a phone store. The staff is amazing. I didn't get the typical sales pitch I'm used to getting at most retail stores and they didn't make me feel any pressured to buy a phone. In fact, after I mentioned needing a new phone they focused on checking my eligibility to get a free one. The person who took care of me clearly knew what they are doing, they got me in and out in under ~15 minutes. Bravo to everyone there, they all seemed great, and the place itself looks nice. This might be the only phone store I would actually recommend.

We went in to switch our service and get new phones. The representatives were really helpful! Super clear, honest, nice, and quick. It was a great and easy experience!

Contrary to all the previous reviews, I received excellent customer service at this location. Agents were genuine, friendly, attentive and knowledgable. Transaction went smoothly, I left with what I needed/wanted and nothing else. They weren't too pushy with the up-sales and promotions.

New management seems to have implemented vast improvements.

Bonus: this location has a dedicated parking lot.

A little bit busy and kind representatives, update January 26, 2023 not busy at all extremely helpful associate was missing some of required information but was able to help me with other information I was able to provide, had fun talking to the associate about my long and lustrous history with cell phones and associate listened to all my garbage with out complaints

Yesterday i had a great experience with symphani and her manager they were both understanding and addressed all my concerns!!
