Fresh produce and organic products at reasonable prices. The store was modern, clean, and had a wide selection of items. The staff were friendly and quick to process checkout.

I go here at least once a week and have for years - the staff are kind and helpful, and the selections have been adequate. They've added toilet paper and paper towels in the past year, so it's now the only store I need for daily items! 🥰

Grocery shopping is a regular part of life but this place, the layout and energy feels different- my beloved goji berries are gone smh but i still enjoy shopping here. Many wonderful things on sale regularly. One of my faves- 16-20ct shrimp 4.99lb. 2lb bag 10 bucks? Big bag of crab legs 6.99/lb. Not to mention the thick sliced store branded bacon in Applewood, peppered, or plain for 1.99/lb!! You catch great deals every sale and the selections bakery dairy and produce are slightly above average. Worth it. Give it a try.....

Fresh Thyme is a great place to get groceries! Their prices are very competitive, their produce is great, and their meats are very good quality. I also love their prepared foods - bacon ranch pasta salad and loaded baked potato salad are my favorites. And to top it all off, their carts have a handy wine bottle spot!

Great for healthy food. Terrence helped get my girlfriend’s ring out of the peach display after it fell off her finger. I bought some peaches afterwards and they were great. Thanks, Terrence.

One of the nicer grocery stores Downtown and on the Eastside. The bakery has just enough items and specialty cookies,etc. including a gluten free section. Broasted chicken or their rotisserie version is one of the better choices in town. Many produce items are on special and easily navigated since the store is smaller than others. The butchers are friendly and the frozen shrimp are the best in Milwaukee. Shop for the unique atmosphere and return for the great employees. Many people are always smiling at Fresh Thyme.

I love this place everyone is incredibly polite especially the people working behind the meat counter and the cashiers, though they have self check out now I have been ensured by the staff that all of the cashiers that use to be there still work there but in different sections of the store, and i have had conversations with many of them.

I’m giving Fresh Thyme 5 stars mainly because the staff always makes my day. Each employee I’ve interacted with was incredibly nice and super helpful. I have to say their organic produce section is lacking, but their regular produce section is alright. I also appreciate that they have a good variety of vegan foods as well. However, every time I’ve gone in the staff has been wonderful and I can’t say enough how much of a difference it makes to be greeted with so much kindness. When I go to Whole Foods, the staff never seems to be in nearly as good of a mood or nearly as friendly. I suppose you could blame Jeff Bezos in part for that. But this Fresh Thyme is pretty great overall and I’d much rather go here for groceries despite the very small organic section.

They had everything i came for it was nice clean in there and everyone was so friendly for our first time! We'll be back

Absolutly an amazing store, but what makes it amazing is one employee who is out of this world. This older gentleman who always welcomes everyone and wishes them a good day or a happy holiday, I need to find out his name he needs a raise. Every establishment needs an employee like him. I can tell how much love he puts into his job.

I love fresh thyme. Every time I go there the produce is always beautiful, the deli staff is always recommending something delicious and the ladies in check out are amazing.

Great location with underground parking available. Awesome selection of fresh food, and super convenient downtown.
