Great Customer Service Experience from AJ, went there to open up a new account. Was very helpful, took his time with everything to make sure we got all that we needed, explained all the options we had and left the store happy with the experience! Took more than 2 hours for us to have everything done but always a great attitude in helping us with the process! Would definitely recommend asking for AJ whenever you go to that location.

Best customer service you can ever expected. AJ manager, very friendly guy, went all in to make sure I had what I needed and more quickly. Don't waste your time on the phone, just swing by.

So I actually got hacked from some online b.s
And went to this store for help. I had a gentleman name Juan, help me out on this. The reason why I’m writing this review is because Juan acted like it was his own account/phone that got hacked. He knew exactly what to do, once I told him my account was compromised through internet. He made multiple calls, and helped me add extra security through tmobiles app, which def gives me a peace of mind. It’s because of people like him that makes me want to be loyal with T Mobile

Our experience at Tmobile Islandia was terrific! The staff was terrific as well. We will not hesitate to recommend friends and family to shop here as well!!

I recently visited the sprint store in islandia in order to purchase new phones for my entire family. The store owner, Farhan, was extremely helpful and kind! He made sure that my husband and I left with the best deal possible.
