Petco

Yesterday night, I stopped by the store to buy some gravy pouches for my cat, thinking it was the last time I bought food for him. A girl took care of me at the cash machine, and she very enthusiastically said, "These are the food my cat loves! He eats this color; otherwise, he prefers to die and not eat!" She is an actual cat owner because that's how they are... same as my cat. I told her my cat also loves it, and he eats almost 8 per day. She was amazed and asked if he was very big. I said, "Nope, he is just bones. He is very old; he is 18 years old." Then she said, "Follow me!" and I did. While she was walking me into the aisles, she explained that she has a great product that makes them retain the vitamins and nutrients from the food. I stopped her and said, "No, thank you. It is not necessary." It was so difficult for me to say to her, "He will be gone this coming Friday." She immediately understood and hugged me. OMG, that was a much-needed hug! Whoever you are, young lady, THANK YOU! From the bottom of my heart. Not just for giving love to your customers, but also for giving some comfort and rest to my heart and mind by sharing your experience as well. Thank you!

Yan is the best pet Stylist. Great job cutting the doggies hair. She needs a raise.

It was excellent the staff was friendly and welcoming. Staff assisted me in selecting the best product for my pets based on needs.

The experience in the store is very pleasant. Employees are so friendly and willing to help with making decisions. Bryan and Clara are my favorite people to consult about options and new products.

So I'm in puppy training with Sam. Sam is great, Luna is responding so well, can't wait to see how she does by graduation!!

Petco stores seem to be in clean and safe areas; the stores themselves are sizable and clean; there is an absolutely amazing inventory with selections of each item made by many different manufacturers so the choices are stunning. One is comfortable in the store with an accompanying pet. I am taking my 12 week old poodle for weekly kindergarten obedience, just enjoying it so much as it is Tinker Bell. The instructor is kind, extremely proficient, and makes it very pleasant time instead of something to be anxious about.

Went here to print a tag for our new dog. Was so easy to do, staff were friendly & helpful. Thanks everyone for the help!

This store is better stocked for my pet needs. I breed jumping spiders and they have an assortment of food items available including; crickets of various sizes and flightless fruit flies. Staff is courteous and helpful. The store is always clean.

They had everything we needed and more! Sam was so helpful helping us find what we needed! Nick was very efficient in check out as well! Thank you!!

The associates were very helpful and friendly. Petco is the only store that has the one brand of food that is almost exclusively sold online which is Ollie. Props to Petco for carrying this brand. Now I can buy from Petco instead of having to order from Ollie in bulk. Thank you Petco!

We had a great experience with the aquatics dept at this Petco. The two staff members with whom we interacted were both knowledgeable and informative. It was clear that they cared about their animals and wanted us to have the best experience caring for our new freshwater fish. Riley ended up being the person to help us select the fish, and he really took the time to go above and beyond in making sure he could give us the best information possible when deciding which combination of fish would be best. Fish seem to be healthy and adjusted well to their new environment. Thanks!

Hadn’t been in since they remodeled, but after winning THREE goldfish at the FL State Fair today, we headed to Petco to buy a fish tank and supplies. The clerk, Brian, was very helpful and guided us to a reasonable tank, gravel, water conditioner, artificial plants, and fish food. He also explained that the breed of goldfish we’d won were likely going to grow to the size of koi pond fish (and offered additional advice on that too). Super nice to me and my 2 little kids. Especially when another shopper grabbed the last tank on the shelf (when we weren’t looking) that we’d planned to buy, Brian tracked down another one in the store and brought it up for us. Very good experience because of this kind and attentive staff member!

Placing an on line order was easy and the items were ready at the store for pickup. I was in and out quickly. Staff members are always courteous and helpful.

Except experience and sales associates helped me to adopt my 3rd hammy.🐹🥰

My dog has to eat a specific food or it affects his skin and stomach. They always have his food in stock. Very grateful for that.

I love petco! I dealt WITH REGAN yesterday, she was extremely knowledgeable and video customer service was amazing! she is definitely somebody who cares about her job! she's a true asset to PETCO!! THANK YOU AGAIN!

Staff was delightful and even held my beta fish so that we didn't have to leave it in the car while we visit my mother in law at the nursing home.

Great help from Riley in picking out a few good fish for our 10 gallon aquarium. Thank you for your help and advice. We decided to go with 4 Platies - which do well in our hard and high PH Florida water (they were buy 3 get 1 free!). See video for a view of the fish as well as their names. ;) -Steve

Clean store. Good fresh and salt water fish selection. Grooming on-site.
They did not carry Exact baby bird formula which was a drag.
Staff were cool.
