AT&T Store

Brittany was beyond awesome!! THANK YOU!! This was the third store we went to in North Tampa (the other two - one corporate and one not), and the only one with someone who was both willing to help and able to figure out the issue we were having. I spoke with Brittany on the phone first- her patience, professionalism, and customer service was top notch and was exactly what was missing from other locations. She was solution driven and customer focused and with that, she was able to solve a problem that 3 other associates at other locations were not. I highly recommend this location - don't waste your time going anywhere else.

Jarrett was informed and patient as I made my decision on which phone to get. Brittany saw me during an earlier visit and gave me enough information and incentive to return to this store. I have renewed my phones at this store for many years and the employees are always friendly, patient and well informed about their products.

Had a really good experience with Daniel at the store, he helped me moved 3 of my family members to AT&T. Again did a great job with us

The rep was very professional, knowledgeable and patient. Made eye contact and walked me through the process step by step. Considering it was the day after New Year he was alert and very nice.

Daniel was great help. Now I know anytime I need to check something on my account he's got me. He knows what he's talking about!

Came in to get some questions answered and was blown away by the customer service and the willingness to help by Errol. Not only did he answer my questions to the full extent, he even offered me solutions that made sense and helped me upgrade my device to what I needed for my line of work. 10/10 recommend coming in and speaking with Errol about any issues you may have.

Great experience! Errol saved me allot of money by reminding me that my Otterbox protective case may have a warranty. He located my previous purchase and walked me thru submitting a claim. I'll drive by the new AT&T store closer to my home to go to this one (1408 N Dale Mabry Hwy, Lutz, FL).

If I could give 10 stars I would. My husband and I bought our new iPhone 14s from this location and they were delivered to our home. When we purchased the phones the sales rep said to come back in and one of us here will help you transfer your data. My phone arrived yesterday and I went into the store around 4:30 PM. There was only one guy working Jarrett and the store had about 4 customers including myself. Jarrett was very professional and let me know there was going to be a wait due to him being the only one working. I had no problem with waiting as I wanted my new phone hooked up. The customer before me was so kind and let Jarrett start the data transfer on my phone before he made his purchase. My transfer took about 3 hours and Jarrett was so patient with me all the way. While we waited he placed the screen protector on my new iPhone, and showed me what I needed to do to send my old iPhone back. After the transfer he paired my Apple Watch. I was there slightly after closing and it did not seem to both Jarrett at all. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you Jarrett

Errol was great in helping me figure out which new phone I wanted and making everything super quick and easy!

I was very pleased with Greg the guy who helped us get service an new phones, he spent many hours trying to help us. Also he would joke with us an made the whole experience great and he remembered our names! Overall great service thanks to Greg. ( he is usually at citrus mall, but we got lucky enough to have his help!)

I came in to the Lutz AT&T with a locked tablet. I’ve been trying for 3 years and no reps have been able to help. But STEVEN was excellent! Stopped at nothing to get my tablet working again! Managers, take notice!

Julia provided outstanding customer service. She assisted me in updating a new I-phone device. I travelled 15 extra miles to meet with her because I did not get the same quality service from another store. Thumbs up to this employee. 👍🏼👏🏼😊

I had an awesome experience here at this store! By far the best location in the area! Tanique is a real problem solver! Helped me get my lost phone number back from T-mobile in literally like 2 minutes. The best manager in the Area! Stefan was very calm, and Helped calm me down when I first came into the store. He made sure to assist me with my data transfer and needs! He's an awesome employee!
I'd be sure to refer this store to anybody that needs ATT!
