Shea (the manager) at the lutz location did an absolute amazing job reshaping my hat and making sure it was 100% perfect for me. She took her time was patience very friendly and extremely helpful. Not only did she reshape mine but also assisted my brother In his first cowboy hat purchase and shaping. It was worth the drive and will be back again to purchase more hats from her! Job well done!

Shae was awesome! Helped shape my husband's hat and gave excellent customer service for us. We bought 2 pair boots, a hat and some other things. She took her time to make sure he was happy with the shape and made several adjustments for him along the way.

I’m terrible with names, I believe her name was Erica. She was super helpful with recommendations on my sons shoe to boot size. Unfortunately they don’t carry the exact Ariat Boots my son wanted and Bass Pro wouldn’t answer the phone. Good thing I remembered my husband had an amazing experience at Russels and I remembered to call. Keep up the great work and excellent customer service! Shea and her team at the Wesley Chapel store were AWESOME!! I came in with my son with lots of questions about boots and jeans. She took the time to explain finding the right fit and best options for style. They were very friendly & helpful in navigating the world of Western wear. This was our first shopping experience at Russell's. What a great experience! Our salesperson, Wes, couldn't have been more helpful. His patience with us as we went from boot to boot was never ending! He was extremely helpful in finding just the right pair of boots for both of my girls and made them feel like valued customers. Dustin, the manager, was also very helpful and courteous. We will definitely be shopping at Russell's again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for any sort of western wear.

The girls there were extremely helpful in helping me pick out my first pair of boots! It was intimidating with so many options but once I gave them vaguely what I was looking for, they offered several options fitting the criteria. They were veteran boot wearers so they knew their stuff! They left me alone to browse and didn’t try to haggle me which I greatly appreciate. They gave me advice on how to pick out the right socks which was a LIFE SAVER!! I had no idea! They also told me how to treat my boots properly to make them last and offered to do it in store as well! I highly recommend to newbies to boots or anyone who wears them regularly. They had a great selection of men, women, kids, fashion, and work boots! I’d definitely come back if I needed another pair for any reason!

Visited this store today and had a wonderful experience. Wes took the time to show me around the store and answer questions and give me recommendations on how to achieve the right Western attire look, including belt buckle, boots, hats, and jeans. I also had questions about local rodeos and he was able to answer those with expertise. The manager, Dustin, introduced himself to me and was also very helpful in providing additional apparel options. I will definitely be doing business with this store because of these two gentlemen!

My first time buying boots gear at Russell’s in Wesley Chapel. Originally I bought a pair of workhogs in a size 11, and that was it. Needless to say it was the wrong size for me. When I went to return, the boot I then experienced excellent customer service, the young lady there was a great help, and was obviously passionate about helping to her greatest potential! Thanks

I've been to many western stores all over the United States and I've previously worked retail for 12.5 years, but this location has got to be my favorite. The moment you walk in you are greeted with a friendly staff. I was in about 2 weeks ago and Charles helped me pick out 2 pairs of boots (in which I'm in love with)...3 shirts and a hat. I went in today as well and Charles helped me pick out some things. The whole staff is always personable, they joke with you and treat you like family. I'm also impressed with the selection of merchandise and I would even go as far to say that I would totally go into the store just to "hang out". Well done Russell's Western Wear of Wesley Chapel, KUDOS TO YOU ALL!! You have a customer for life! <3

Buying my first pair of boots ever, for country themed wedding, seemed overwhelming but Wes and staff made it a breeze! The whole staff was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. My girlfriend also got in on the fun and bought a pair too!

Amazing store! Huge selection of top brands of boots, jeans, shirts hats and accessories- - - and the manager (Dustin) is exceptionally polite and courteous, as are all the employees, especially Wesley who is so knowledgeable and helpful! Bought a fabulous pr of Tony Lama's that fit perfect and look great thanks to Wes!

What a wonderful place to shop. From the moment we walked in Savannah was friendly, helpful, knew her boots and what would be best for my husband and I. We both came home with the perfect boots for my daughters wedding where high heels are not an option. We look HOT. Thanks again Savannah, you are the best!

I visited the Lakeland store on the 1st of November and was helped by the new associate.. Brittney. She helped me choose a blouse for my girlfriend, which she absolutely loved. That you Brittney! I'd recommend seeing Brittney for your needs. The entire Staff is very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to help with your needs, makes shopping a pleasure.

I was in the store recently and the young man who helped me was extremely knowledgeable and did his best to make sure I had everything I needed. He even recommended several items to compliment items that I purchased. After the sale he gave me a business card with his name on the back. His name was Wes, even tho his tag says John!. I would highly recommend Russell's and Wes.

In the last week my wife and I visited the Bradenton, Wesley Chapel and Lakeland stores and purchased boots in each one. The selection and pricing was great but most of all the service was outstanding.
Shea from the W.C store went above and beyond what you would ever expect. Katie, Derek and Josh were super. Jennifer and Angelica from the Lakeland store were wonderful as well as the girls from the Bradenton store.
It’s not usual you experience such great personal service in all of a retailers stores so they must be all complemented.

Great shopping experience. The staff there is super friendly and personable and the western wear selection is superb. Had to exchange a hat due to me buying the wrong size and the staff was very helpful with making sure I have a nice fitting cowboy hat. A+ experience!

So I needed new work boots, walk in and was greeted. Some one asked if I needed help. huh, nope just want to look , I know what i want. Walked around a few times, again. can I help you find something? Nope (Im man, not help needed)
At this point I cant find what I want, or my size. I am about to walk out. Lol stubborn. So here she comes again and askes what I was looking at etc. Well I am glad I broke down and accepted her help. I tried on a few pairs and found one I liked. she told me all about fit and function of certain boots as well as some differences, one maker can run larger for instance, Also she knew all about my tattered georgia muddogs that were on my feet and we discussed those as well.
I didnt catch her name, but she had long hair and knew her stuff.
I truly appreciate the help, have some very nice new work boots which they also offered to steam, and mink oil for me ! unbelievable service. I will be back. totally the kind of business I support, Thank you !!!
