I went looking for a pair of shoes for my engagement dinner and I saw 2 pair. So I decided on the red ones, a woman can never go wrong with a pair of red heels.

The staff was super friendly! Great selection of shoes!
Did I mention how super helpful the staff is. Greatness rolls down hill, so hats off to management, shift supervisors and all! I'm loving my Reeboks & my other fabulous finds!

Excellent selection and supremely helpful staff. Ordered a pair of size 13 Doc Martens boots, and the sales rep was kind enough to hold them for me beyond closing time! Personable service in the highest degree.

This review is for DSW online! I ordered a Mark Fisher Dancy Loafer, size 10. A 10 is usually my size but this loafer obviously runs big. I ended up having to send the shoe back 2 separate occasions to receive a size 9. Throughout this process service was great and I never had ANY issues from DSW. I also ordered a really cute hat and sandals. No issues there either, I will continue to order from DSW online or check them out in store when I can.

Bought a pair of boots and used the curb side pickup option, it was super easy and quick. Unfortunately the boots didn’t fit so I had to go to the store for my exchange, this was also quick and easy. The ladies were so sweet and helpful and I got a great pair of boots for my daughter for Christmas. They have a huge selection of all types of shoes so there is something for everyone. Highly recommend DSW for a great quality pair of shoes!!!

DSW knows their stuff with the CDC guidelines. Kate provided brilliant customer service to keep me safe as soon as I walked in on Sunday this past weekend and I had one of the most pleasant shoes purchase experiences ever; especially in these challenging times. Keep up the excellent work.

This was the go-to place for my wife and I until we moved 1100 miles. Now we have to travel 90 minutes to the Shreveport location but its always worth it. Rewards points, great selection and a clearance section.

Omg! Shoes, shoes and more shoes!! You have not lived until you have gone shoe shopping at DSW. They have the largest selection of shoes south of the Mason-Dickson Line!! The store is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Be sure and check out the clearance shoes which spans all the way across the back wall!! Happy shoe shopping!!

It was excellent! I purchased a pair of multitone gold shoes by Anne Klein and a matching wallet. They are so cute and affordable. I also received my free umbrella and wristlet!

The Manger, "Ms. Gwen" and her Sales Associates Kimberlyn and Taylor were, once again, so very professional and lovely. Each lady possesses very unique fashion-forward style that helped me and my husband, Dr. Jack made some very soind purchases on a busy Saturday (05/04/2019)!!!
