Food was fast, service was friendly. It was tasty and exactly what we ordered. The atmosphere was a McDonald's, so to be fair it was exactly what you'd expect it to be for that. But it was clean and nice overall!

Fast service. Accurate order- important at a drive-thru. Friendly and cheerful staff. Exit 23 MickyDees is definitely where you want to be if you have an appointment but you're hungry!!

WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MY ORDER,THEY TOOK MY ORDER ON THE TICKET CORRECT,BUT THE ONE'S IN THE KITCHEN FIXED IT WRONG, DIDN'T READ THE TICKET,POOR SERVICE 😔

Very courteous service with a smile. Spoke with Joe the manager, very professional. One of the cleanest McDonalds we have seen in a long time, even the bathrooms were clean.

Don’t believe the negative reviews on this location. The dining room is definitely open before 8. I just left there and I arrived at 7:20 am. I live 1/4 mile from another McDonalds but I drive 3 miles out of my way to visit this restaurant ALMOST DAILY to get a frappe. The guy parking lot and interior of this store is spotless and the drive-thru is the fastest in town. But that is not what makes this McDs special. Its the people who work here. Everyone is ALWAYS greeted with a verbal welcome and a huge smile. Every employee is happy because the managers do a great job with training their staff. Every business owner could take queues from these people. Great service starts at the top. I know this bc I have been in upper management for 35 years. Great job people- YOU are appreciated.

Super friendly staff. The spicy chicken sandwich is good but there was sauce in the sandwich on the outside of both buns and on the inside of the box. Not enough of a big deal to stop getting the breakfast plus the kids love the happy meals.

Great for McDonald’s! Drive thru was fast even at lunch time

The drive-through employee was very nice. I ordered an egg cheese sauce muffin but I did not want egg and cheese. She reduced the price for me. How sweet!

We stopped in for breakfast on our way back to Texas from Florida. I have to say the 2 ladies working the windows are some of the nicest ladies EVER! Cheerful, upbeat, and friendly. It was a nice surprise and instantly changed our moods as this trip home has been challenging thanks to Hurricane Ida. And our food and coffee were extremely fresh and piping hot. Great job, ladies of Bossier City!!!

We almost went somewhere else when we saw the line at the drive thru. But I told my man child that I wanted my French fries and that he should have patience and get me some. Less than 5 minutes later I'm eating my hot fries and sipping my shake with a smug grin on my face. The team working the drive thru was very efficient and worked their way through the long lines without a hiccup. My fries were fresh and my shake was still a shake when we pulled off. They even earned me a pat on the butt from my man child.

I own a cleaning company and almost every morning we stop for a bite to eat before starting with clients. I had a terrible experience with a employee at the second window. After receiving my food I went in to speak to a manager. I spoke to Mrs Nia. She corrected the situation and was very sweet and professional! I appreciate her hearing me out and correcting the situation. Every other employee I’ve came in contact with has been super friendly and kind! One bad egg isn’t enough to stop my business. I will be back. Thanks again to the management

This is one of the few experiences I have had at the drive-in of a fast-food franchise where the term "fast-food" is actually accurate. I got exactly what I ordered, didn't have to wait for the order to be corrected. This particular store is only a few years old and is, so far, very clean. It's just down the street from me, therefore, very convenient. So, i hope the cleanliness and the attention to order accuracy remain!

I’m pregnant and wasn’t feeling well tonight so I stopped for a milkshake. The people working here are so sweet. They were having issues with the machine but went out of their way to get my shake made. Thank you so much for making my night better! ❤

This McDonald’s is on another level. I walked in and ordered a #2 for breakfast. As soon the receipt came out, they had my order waiting on the counter. Five Stars.

Based off of the previous reviews this location must've changed their workers or done something different entirely. The service I received was very good. Staff was nice, took my order and I received it in no more than 5 minutes
